- Ashiana Group का जयपुर स्थित Vrinda Gardens जाना माना प्रोजेक्ट है। स्थानीय लोगों में हमें अपनी समस्याओं से प्रेस रिलीज के जरिये अवगत करवाया। लगातार हुई परेशानियों से आहत स्थानीय निवासी 31 अक्टूबर 2021 को अपनी मांगों को लेकर धरने पर बैठ गए।
JDA Approved की पत्रकारों की टीम मौके पर पहुंची और धरना दे रहे स्थानीय लोगों की बात सुनी। क्या हैं समस्याएं? क्यों बैठे लोग धरने पर? कैसे निकलेगा समाधान? आप खुद देखें, परखें, जाने।

Many people are speaking all illogical steps . People are not paying maintenance and say that water and electricity is cut. For hish rise society people have to pay 4000-5000 maintenance.
All of the flat owners in all projects of all different companies should be united for the genuine problems. Government should be made responsible for not listening to the problems faced by residents in societies here at least in Jaipur first. Afterwards the united front of Rajasthan should seek the remedy and recourse from Government and builders as well.

This project seems to be a Live Example to high level Corruption, how can authorities be so careless, better to invest out of India ,since corruption is leading to life danger of people.

समन्वय ग्रुप के सभी प्रोजेक्ट्स अजमेर रोड पर हैं। आप लेने से पहले उनके 2-3 प्रोजेक्ट्स को विजिट करें और हर प्रोजेक्ट के 4-5 फ्लैट वालों से रैंडम फीडबैक लेकर निर्णय लें। इससे आपको फायदा होगा।

@@dheerajveer9895 no I haven't I am planning for 3 BhK but these greedy builders selling 930carpet for 1 cr + which I think insane. No matter where you go prices are same in pune just 8-10 lakh ka difference
