When I try to add a new user code on the step where I actually input the new user code then press “nice digi” it flashes red and doesn’t add the code. Why?
What a piece of junk you've created. Fingerprint never works and I have 4 other fingerprint reader door knobs that almost always unlock at first or second try.
Is auto lock the only way to lock the door? There’s no way to lock it when auto lock is turned off.
