I diid a diet lose 1 kg in 1 day
Breakfast 1 cup tea 1 boil egg
Lunch 1 orange
Dinnner 1 boil egg half cup tea milk
Day 2
Breakfast 1 mug smoothe of cucumber
Lunch 1 cup tea
Dinner 1 bran bread slice with omlete lose 1 kg in 1 day
Take 2 cup green tea and 2 cup kehwa in full day with water intake also
Day 3
Bf :1 orange 1 cup milk tea after half hour
Lunch 1 cucumber ya 2
Dinner 1 shami kabab with salad and green tea lose 1 kg in 1 day
Day 4 bf
1 boilegg 1 cup tea
Lunch 1 cucumber
Dinner cabahe chicken soup
Lose 1 kg

It didn't work for me as much as I wanted. So after seeing it for 3 days I went on same things but reduced the portion. Like small bowl which can roughly hold under 250 ml .
So whatever I am eating it's in that bowl .
Breakfast
Porridge 20 gm with nuts and almond milk
Or
40 gm besan roti with onion and tomatos chilli and spices made with butter
Or
One bread and 2 eggs
Lunch
Chickpeas Salad or tuna salad.
Dinner
Protein and vegetables
But all to fit in the bowl.
In between of meals I take handful of vegetables or salad.
Greentea and peppermint tea or spice tea (cumin, dry corriander, ajwain, turmeric pinch and rest all one tea spoon plus 2 liter water. Make it and finish during the day. It's too increase metabolism. Or simple
Water X 2 or 3 liter.
I don't know how much difference in weight has happened.
But surely making me feel light.
Low calories make head hurt.
Low calories is not recommended for long time.
So I am doing only for little time. Not recommending anyone.
But basically I am eating almost every thing but reduced the portion. And increased vegetables and salad to make me feel full. But that also in small controlled portion.
