I use only olive or cocount oil for omelette. Oske 1 hour baad nescafe 3 in 1 wali coffee laita ho. Phir sham 7.30 bajhe black coffee with 1 inch cinnamon.. Oske baad 8.30 workout. Gym ke baad 9.30 tak ek chicken chest piece bbq mai kha laita ho. Oske baad 1 tea spoon sonf muh mai le ker chabata ho.. Thats it. Em gathering good results.
i am 84 now was 106 i have lost 22 kg so far aiming for 15 kg more...... my advice for all those who has stuck in wieght loss plateu and not losing any more wieght further is to take a ✌️ two week break eat any thing and everything you like increase your wieght about 2 kg.... then after start ur journey again and u will see that u lose about 5 to 7 kg in just 3 weeks ♥️
