I've got a 3 metre pool in garage and it's great with swimming tether but not as good as normal swimming pool; hence I wanted to enjoy it more. I bought aqua dumb bells and a noodle recently, and found them reasonably helpful, but once looking on youtube and finding these workout hints, my core strength is improving and I am having fun at the same time. Thank you!

Excellent workout , extreme lumbar and moves are to fast, maybe concentrating in fewer exercises but with more detail? Excellent energy moves.
