A "control" bean isn't a specific type of bean-it's a term used in scientific studies. It refers to a baseline or standard group that's used for comparison in an experiment. For example, if researchers are testing the effects of different types of beans on health, the "control" group might be a group that doesn't consume beans or eats a typical diet to compare the results.
@@fidelkva4810 Sure they all are. But my take isn't hat so many people watch these or read the research and think I must add this bean to my diet for this, and this vegetable and drink more of this drink. And before you know it you have a massive list of stuff you're trying to cram into your diet and it gets really complicated. So I day eat normally-healthily with whole foods, eat a variety bit don't feel you have to cram everything in. But sure it can be interesting to know. I get that
I haven't watched it yet, but I am so hopeful #1 is jellybeans
Ha ha!
😂
Of course it is!!
Hee hee hee.

Does it block glutamine synthesis in cancer cells?
Always top marks for information and for narration! 👏👏
That is so kind of you to say! Hugely appreciated, thank you :)
There should be an extensive awareness on the beneficial effects of legumes as most of the people avoid them due to flatulence issues
Fascinating! Thanks for sharing! Happy new year PBSL
It’s cool isn’t it :) Happy New Year to you too!
Wish they tested cooked beans rather than raw; thought that eating raw beans was a no-no.
I know right?! Yes we mustn’t eat raw beans but one bean did come out on top though after it had been cooked…
You’re right! Ricin in kidneybeans for instance
Thanks for sharing this great information. GOD bless you!! Fantastic as usual.
So glad you enjoyed it Richy :)
Wow this is amazing! Thank you so much! 🎉
You're so welcome! :)
Take that, Cancer!!! 🤬 😂 Thanks, Plant Based Science London.
Beans, beans the musical fruit;
the more you eat, the more you toot;
the more you toot, the better you feel;
so let’s have beans at every meal!
Love it ;-)
Pure kid folk!! Sang that song in the 1960’s
but i don't feel better when i get bloated from beans. it makes me feel like i'm pregnant, and it gives me brain fog and depression.
@@BigIndianBindi-jy1cz Maybe you should try for a couple of weeks to reduce carbs AND beans & see if it helps
this xplains my incredible health, resilience and libido :o)))
Oh really, I see 😊
Thank you for sharing. 🇬🇧💛🤍
That’s dinner sorted then! Ty for this brilliant video!
Yum sounds good!
Never heard of a 'Control' bean. What exactly is a 'Control' bean?

@@HealthEngage I think that was a playful comment and not to taken seriously.

It's ok ☺️
Proud vegan here. Plants have everything we need.
Alright 👍
Looks like I need to learn how to make raw hummus
Sadly we can’t eat them raw as they’ll make you very sick but you can sprout them :)
@ yes I’ve heard you need fi sprout chickpeas to make raw hummus . Love your channel!
I’m guessing kidney beans
Nobody eats raw beans...
Didn't watch this one. Fed up with all this dividing into best vegetable for this. Best bean for that. They will all be good. Just eat a range
So don’t watch.
@jeanneamato8278 As I said I didn't
still interesting for those who want to get into the specifics 🙌
Dr Greger says the best beans to eat are the ones you’ll eat. But he said black lentils have the most bang for your buck.

There is no such thing as "anti-cancer".
Look into Natural Hygiene.
That's just woo.
Sounds a bit vague to me. More like pushing more veg on people rather than good meats.
