Lived on a farm just outside Stamford from 1964 to 1971 and still have an old toy racing car I bought at a Jumble sale in St Mary's Church for 2 old Pennies . Lovely memories!

Was born there in 1953 and attended Northfields School (Miss Smith and Miss Green's) in New Cross Road. Lived in St.Georges Square.

I'm surprised there was no mention of the highly acclaimed Endowed Schools, Hospital and Delaine Bus services.
It could be even better if Grantham kept their hands off our council tax . We, Stamford is struggling.
