    I tried this today for dinner as I wanted to eat something different than roti or usual stuff. It came out very well. Was very filling, nutritious and also most important quick receipe. Thank you for such an amazing quick recipe. Very tasty!!!

    1 cup rolled oats - soak 15 minutes
    Onion red 1 small
    Roughly chopped ginger- small
    Kashmir chili powder 1/4 tsp
    Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
    Turmeric 1/4
    Hing 1/4
    1/4 pink himalayan salt
    Besan powder 1 cup
    After blending- add "ajwain seeds" crushed in hands
    1/3 tsp Jeera and 1/3 tsp ajwain
    3 shallots/Small onion - finely sliced
    1 Green chilli finely sliced
    1 Gratted carrot 🥕
    Coriander leaves 🍃

    Yet another yummy recipe, loved it for two reasons. First it's easy as usual and second prepared it on my new cast iron tawa. The preparation came out better than non stick pan. All thanks to Nisha for not only helping me in changing to healthy nutritious food habit but also to cook in the right kind of utensils.
