Great information you are putting out. Great video, great information. And exactly nearly everything you need to do to get going. I honestly think the general public is sleeping on Copart. I think this is great for car buyers who buy used cars without warranties. There is a stigma that people dont understand about rebuilt title cars, once they get over this ...anybody can buy there dream cars.

great car, nice video. Would you recommend it, is it worth the repair? I would like to try to buy a Camaro, or Nissan Armada if possible...
You have to have a local licensed tow truck company pick it up. Copart or your broker will assign you a pin number and the tow company will use this to enter the facility and pick up your car. I've bought 3 cars now from Copart and that's always the way it works .
Great video so I obviously know it will vary from state to state and even if my state didn't require the inspection I would do it anyway for piece of mind but how would it work with my state requiring inspection as far as driving temporarily from like copart home and to garage etc vs having it towed? Thanks
Hi is it safe buying a car that says STRUCTURAL DAMAGE from them? The body looks good and it says run and drive but I saw another post elsewhere of the same vehicle that says it doesn't run or drive. I can't go inspect it because I am in another state
Hello! I'm looking at a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage SE in San Antonio, Texas, it's 1,350 miles away from me. The car has 7,000 miles, and is salvage title for hail damage, and is clearly hail damaged. Could I buy it, fly there, and drive it home? The drive will take 2, or 3 days. Then get it inspected here in California?
@@Music-tf1yn The 2024 hail damaged Mitsubishi Mirage I was looking at sold for $2,200 which seems very cheap, but with all the fees that's about $3,200.
Copart does not own these vehicles they are the middle man. Now R is for Ride & Drive not run and drive. Titles that are not a Salvage Title are called a Clean Title not a clear title. A clear title is a title free of any liens owed against that vehicle you are looking to buy. Buying a vehicle from Copart means you are bidding against Dealers where so will pay way too much for a vehicle they want or need badly. Just because you have a Dealer license does not mean you can go out and buy Salvage Title vehicles. Each state all require a Dealers Salvage license over your Dealers license, and RV's, Motorcycle, Boat, and so no each with added dealer fees.
