I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product.
It is much smaller than it looks in the photos. Very clean appearance.
Comes with a fully functional remote.
This is the quietest portable air conditioner that I have owned. (I've gone through 3 other portable air conditioners in the past.)

I don’t thinks it’s an ac I feel as tho it’s just blows the air that’s in the room
