You inadvertently saved my butt. I couldn't figure out why my AC unit was leaking; turns out the plug had popped loose. Because it's so low to the ground I didn't even notice there was a plug there, and this thing came without the screw-on caps so it's just the plug all by itself. Thank you for your helpful videos Tom!
I forgot about the draining. I've had it 2 or 3 weeks. I will check it out today and see if there's any water in there. It's in the living room, so I turn it off at night. Thank you for the video
I had bought one for my tenant, but did not realize it needed draining. I didn't know what didn't know. So after paying my handyman a hefty amount to pick one up, buy some wood reinforcers for the vent pipe, unpack it, etc., he realized about the drain. He was really mad. So he took it back, but that whole activity was costly. The location of placement would not have been conducive to his moving it around, and unscrewing these caps and stuff as he is handicapped. So, placement and ability to drain them is important. I have a de-humidifier, and I have to empty it three times a day, and for me that is no problem. You live and learn.
Thanks for this! My Fuave airconditioning unit had a red light next to WR last night. Had to google what that meant (Water Reservoir is full). I had no idea airconditioning units needed drainings in the first place. I thought it would be very complicated and dreaded not being able to use it until a handyman could come. Nope! Thanks to your video, it's good as new!
Thank you, sir. I bought mine used and had no idea how to maintain it. It started leaking earlier, which led me to your video. If anyone has any more advice about using one of these, don't hesitate to reply to this comment. I want to make sure it lasts as long as possible because I cannot afford to get another one.
Ive been using it with the hose plugged up to the top drain hole and it's been draining a lot of water. I didn't even know I had to do the bottom one too
Excellent excellent. With the horrible heat and humidity now, my two drain hoses have to remain open with a heavy towel underneath. One of them filled up so bad I had to carry The towel in a bucket
@@GS-st9ns that is a great idea. That way you don’t have to. Keep checking it every day. Just have to drain the bucket. Good luck thanks for watching. Stay cool.
THANK you for the video. My son gave me this AC this summer and installed it. I have not had the full water light come on yet. When I DO, how much water does it hold? I will have to improvise the catch the water that drains out. I hope I am good until I have to put it away at the end of the summer season. Thankyou for your help!
I didn’t even know you were supposed to drain these units, I thought that was only for the Dehumidifier mode. I just checked the drains on my unit and nothing came out and I’ve had it for a few years. Does that mean I’ll need to try and drain it more often after applying this chemical?
If you’re in a super dry place with no humidity, you won’t get a lot of water but if you’re in Florida like we are may have to drain every day. Good luck stay cool thanks for watching.
I have 2 of these and never needed to drain them until last week. My 2yr old 8000 btu unit sounded like an aquarium. I drained 1 gallon from the top plug.. I then installed the hose and ran it into a 2.5 gallon jug. It was completely full within 24 hours. It's cooling fine and it has been 90 to 106 outside so I think it's just working hard. My 3 yr old 10,000 btu had no water in it when I tried to drain it. Hope this helps.
Thank you for this video, very helpful! When putting away our AC unit for storage last year, we somehow lost the lower drain plug. It’s been difficult to track down a replacement part. Do you happen to know the approximate size width/length of the lower plug? Were hoping to find a generic rubber or silicone stopper of similar size as a DIY fix.
So you guys lost the plug or the cap or both? I think it’s like a half inch and you could use the drain tube. You just have to put it into a bucket if you still have that.
I have the Toshiba portable air conditioner: RAC-PD1313CWRU. I ran it for ~ 3 hours when we first installed it, and it leaked gallons of water during that time. The top drain has the hose attached and nothing came out of it, so I guess the water came from the bottom drain. I turned it off & haven't tried to use it again since. We can't figure out what we did wrong. Any suggestions of what to check.
Usually if it fills with water, it automatically shuts down. It shouldn’t be leaking. It should only have water coming out. If you unscrew the plug you have to make sure that that plugs in and screwed on tight on the bottom.
Not sure if you rge answer to my question. I have a similar air conditioner with the sane tubes for draining. It has been crazt humid recently maybe only one or two days this week. I have had to empty both drains everyday as I have water on the floor underneath the air conditioner everday. The drains drain a lot of water daily. It was barely humind, I just had air conditioner mainly to cool the room. Anyways any ideas why there is so much water daily? It could be leaking from somewhere. Someone said it could be clogged. I tried to unscrew the back, but unsure to even see if they are clogged
I do believe that one is the humidifying and one is from condensation on the coils so you could put tubes on both of them leading into a bucket and then empty the buckets or just drain the machine I know in Florida I had to drain it every day is it so humid here so very humid area that may be the case. Good luck thanks for watching. Stay cool.
So mine smelled moldy and I used this video to drain the bottom plug and it had definitely acquired some moldy water. Can I access the tank that mold is coming out of to clean it somehow?
I guess you could put some bleach and water in there using a hose and then pour it out. I never thought about doing that though you could give it a try good luck stay cool this summer.
This was so helpful!! I have drained both areas multiple times now and my AC is still blowing humid warm-ish air at me (when set to cool mode at a low temp). Any ideas on how to remedy this?
You have to make sure that you have the hose out the window and that it sealed so that the hot air is blowing out of the room. Good luck stay cool thanks for watching.
If you have much at all coming out the bottom plug, or just dripping out the bottom, check for the factory suction line insulation coming unwrapped and allowing condensation to form. Re-wrap the insulation and secure it with a zip tie or two. You should have a hose into a bucket attached to the upper plug. Don't try to take the back cover off without watching one of the videos on it.
I have a cap for the top plug but the bottom plug the maintenance man talked about with my warranty probably the other plug-in throw it out.. so now I'm noticing it is leaking a little at the bottom of the indoor air conditioner. Any suggestions. I don't really understand what you're saying in your comments I'm a woman and I'm not to savvy with this air conditioners.
I have a carrier brand a/c, but it seems like they are all OEM, i did notice a Midea brand a/c identical to mine. What i want to know is what is the different between the top drain hose and bottom one, and can you just connect a hose and lead it to the drain, because my room is very hot, about 35c sometimes, a 5 litres container fills up in about 8 hrs, is this normal. is it best to leave some condensation water in the a/c. thanks
Yes, you could connect that top drain directly into a bucket we’re in Florida and it’s super humid here so we have to drain it every day. The bottom one I put a sheet tray under it. Good luck thanks for watching.
Make sure you vacuum out all 3 filters every 2 weeks! These units cost a lot of money and need care. If you don’t vacuum it out on schedule, dust bunnies will completely take over the inside of the unit and you will be chasing overheating issues for ever!!!😂 every time the season is over, I literally open my shell of the unit and clean up the giant dust bunnies that grow inside 🎉🎉🎉🎉
If you have a drain hose attached to the upper or middle outlet, why do you still need to drain the bottom? Mine needs draining after using the heat mode despite having a hose attach to the middle outlet.
I've put my AC on a chair, and unpluged the drain with a hose in a bath tank (it is full within 5 to 6 hours), the tank is like 15 L size. I don't know if this is okay (due to high level of humidity)!! Because i kept without a drain for only one day then it showed P1 code (it means the tank is full and need to be drained) .. anyway now with a short angle to the back and a hose to a tank, everything working great. Just confused about the big amount of water
You have to have your flex hose out the window when you’re running the AC I’m not too sure about the dehumidifier though but when you run the AC, it’s still dehumidifies the house because you end up with lots of liquid being produced on the heat exchange. Good luck thanks for watching.
You don't actually have to drain it if it doesn't fill up, when it's not to humid it's able to get rid of the water by splashing it on the hot condenser, evaporating it and sending it outside making the unit more efficient
Your answer is the exact question I had. I just got a new black and decker portable, and have been afraid of the water it was accumulating. It says in directions, it will shut down when full. Again, thank you.
why do these units have 2 drain holes instead of 1 big one at the bottom? with a dehumidifier function, would expect much more water. I bought and returned a Midea one built just like this one.
I’m in an airbnb with unhelpful hosts- the portable Logik GLP-09 Port aircon has been leaking everywhere- i have it on Full Heat setting- there seems to be 3 drain ports- top and bottom ones have black rubber caps on them but the middle one doesn’t this is where the water is pouring out of. Does anyone know it also needs a cap and should they all remain sealed? - i am going to drain them all now and hope i will not need to clean up a floor full of water for the umpteenth time.
Hi, so the cap on my drainage area is missing/I don’t have it. I tried using a hose cap but it keeps dripping. What should I use to keep the bottom drainage hole closed? thanks
There should’ve been a small plug that goes into it so if you could measure the diameter of that and then find something that you could step stuff in there good luck thanks for watching

If you can find something that will fit the diameter of those plugs you could probably push it in there like a small earplug or something small good luck thanks for watching
Had mine on for 12 hours an it filled up a gallon of water almost ..sucks now I gotta figure out to run a pipe drain all the way outside or to the sink
We returned our Hisense AC with heat pump one because water was Dripping a lot from under the machine onto the floor like puddles so we got another one and hopefully this one will be okay got it from Costco
Let me start by saying there is zero judgement of anyone's A/C from my end, I'm just a curious person. I have a Whynter ARC-14S that has 1 drain plug and I've seen other models than yours that also have 2 drains. Why do some portable ACs have 2 drains instead of 1?
I have a Hisense that I was wondering plug on the bottom, but it seems like anything higher than 6000 BTU as two drain plugs and I’m not sure why I have to do more research on that
Yes, you can use that drain hose, but make sure that you check it every once in a while just in case good luck, stay cool this summer. Thanks for watching.
That's all the water in there? After running for like 16 hours? I bought the 6,000 BTU model for $319 at Home Depot and they accidentally gave me the 8,000 model which normally costs $399. I just turned it on for the first time and am going to run it for a bit, although I am going out of the house. It says it will beep 8 times and shut off when it needs to be emptied, so I'll see how long that takes. So I'm going to turn it off and run it again when I get home. I hope it will last at least 8 hours.
We were draining this thing every other day because it’s really humid here in Florida all depends on how humid it is in your area. Good luck thanks for watching.
Youll know when its time to drain it...mine does a warning beep with a red light and wont power on until drained...it goes a good while between drainings
It sounds like that unit was not drained. I guess you could put some bleach in there but be very careful. Maybe dilute it and you need a hose and a funnel and just put maybe a pint good luck. Thanks for watching.
Great video! But oh my gosh! I forgot about draining. We never drained it and we used it for about 2 months in 2023 and 2022. Will it grow mold?! Now I am scared. I live in New York, so humidity is not a big deal, and it has never overflowed. But it shut off spontaneously twice, so maybe that's why. Eeekk
Most of the time the water inside will evaporate…if for some reason is too much water it will stop working until you remove the water. You don’t have nothing to worry
You must connect the drain hose from the top to the bottom. The same device evaporates the water and works better because the coil below is hot and the water that comes out from above is cold.
Wait what?I have this Model # PX0811CWRU put the hose on the top and a huge bin bucket. The hose it comes with is not long enough to go from top to bottom. The instructions did not mention any of that hose connection 1. What exact long hose should I get to connect top to bottom? thanks
I got one at Home Depot and connected the top to the bottom and I never have to drain the water because it comes out in the form of steam as I mentioned through the large hot air tube.
Hi' Cool video first of all! Next, depending on how much water accumulates in the unit and how often you need to drain your Toshiba do you think that would depend on the geographical location a person lives?
You could give it a try and see if it works. It’ll have to go against gravity to really push it but that could be an option. Good luck stay cool thanks for watching.
I have a Haier dual and it’s the best. No drainage at all. I also have one like yours and it’s a real pain. I am unable to lift it to properly drain in and it fills up every second day. It does however warn me, with an error message, if it needs emptying. I’d never buy another one like this.
I think most of the new ones now have that evaporation system on them or you don’t have to drain them I bought a hisense that had this and it worked great. I didn’t have to drain it. Good luck stay cool.
Hello , maybe somebody know why mine ac botom hole dry, nothing comes from there, but all the water goes from the top. Is that a problem? Or its normal?
Mine does the same. No matter if I tilt it or anything else. Both bottom and middle one connected to drain hose are always bone dry, yet my top one produces several glasses of water a day when I manually drain it
I just got the Toshiba 14k BTU Smart 550sqft Portable AC + Heat unit (model RAC-PT1412HVWRU). I've read conflicting things about not required to drain it in cool mode vs draining it. My other one (an older 6000 BTU single hose style) does require draining about every 3z4 days or so (I never let it build up enough to notify it is full). This one I've read does NOT require draining as it uses the condensation to cool the components. Also, another interesting thing.... This one has THREE drain ports on it. Top is for when ran in heat mode, middle for dehumidify/dry mode, and bottom for cool mode. I really LOVE the dual hose model as it completely stops the negative air pressure (felt by those with single hose units). This one has one hose technically but that one hose has a "hose within a hose" so it's both intake AND exhaust in ONE larger diameter hose together. Game changer!
Read better talk less. Did you WATCH the video? They ALL need draining in humidity why do you think they all have drain ports. It clearly states you can require draining in humid climates on cool. If it has the bottom for cool mode, what makes you think it won't "work". Also that's not right both drains need draining on cool in humidity.YOU SEE IT RIGHT ON THIS GUY"S VIDEO.
Purchased: August 2022 - still works GREAT! th-cam.com/users/postUgkxxsUnXhGsSJLim_XnMHyQK0u3XVaW-CGn I live in a studio and during the summer it gets scorching hot - really old building with no ac units. I can’t express how EASY it was to install. This unit has been a life savior during the summer and some days during other seasons where it can still be a bit warm at night. In this small place is my friend, a husky, poodle mix and myself. We need AC - lolI don’t use the dehumidifier option - I’m not sure if it will leak in my house, since I did not install the small draining hose that came with it. May look into it late but I don’t worry about much humidity in the apartment.I don’t understand why the negative reviews since all things mentioned, I personally did not find issues with. Definitely worth it!
Sorry guys ... that little amount of water is what escaped while removing and putting drain plugs . You should know that the more water removed from the air the cooler it feels, which means that any air conditioner is capable to act as a dehumidifier: and for the Toshiba to act as such, one needs to use Cool Mode and Hook up the drainage tube to the upper hole using 1-2 gallon bucket to catch it WHILE the Toshiba is Running! You can expect 1 pint+ per hour if you live in the south.🙂
This definitely sucks water out of the air and it has a control setting to dehumidify but just putting it on cool pools a lot of water I had to drain it every day thanks for the tips and good luck with your AC
Every air conditioner is a dehumidifier, if it doesn't fill just leave the water in it and it will splash on the hot condenser, evaporating it sending it outside and making the unit more efficient
I’m in the south and even after a few months mine had little water in it. If it dries the air and produces water, what does the Dry setting do? The same just better at it?
Well, you can pull the machine apart and clean the exhaust port and tube pretty easy machine also has two filters that you can clean good luck. Thanks for watching.
Mine leaks a tremendous amount of water and even if we try draining it, almost nothing comes out. It’s so annoying having to clean up a puddle of water everyday!
Yes you need to check the to drain plugs in the back usually the bottom one has the most water in it you can also put a hose on the drain plug into a bucket but I just drained it every day
@@TomLeeman I am also in Orlando well I'm in Orlando Florida but yeah I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it's just broken which one do you recommend
If you get a P1 on the temp window, it means your bottom pan if full. Turn off the unit, open the plug and turn on the unit til the water stops. The upper drain is for the dehumidifier only.
Omg, I forgot to pull out the plug after unscrewing the knob. After watching this video I'll get right to it. I hope it drains because I have water on my carpet which I'll use the carpet cleaner to remove the water after. 😊

He should get a self-evaporating portable ac, you only need to drain it at the end of the season and there is barely any water.
No es necesario drenarlo, el aire se drena por si solo, esa agua la vaporiza y sale por la tubería que saca el caliente

You have to have your flex hose out the window when you’re running the AC I’m not too sure about the dehumidifier though but when you run the AC, it’s still dehumidifies the house because you end up with lots of liquid being produced on the heat exchange. Good luck thanks for watching.
@@TomLeeman thank you 😊
You don't actually have to drain it if it doesn't fill up, when it's not to humid it's able to get rid of the water by splashing it on the hot condenser, evaporating it and sending it outside making the unit more efficient
I never heard that before interesting
But make sure you follow the instructions for storing though because I didn’t realize you still need to make sure it dries out beforehand
Is this true for all portable ac's or just this model?
Your answer is the exact question I had. I just got a new black and decker portable, and have been afraid of the water it was accumulating. It says in directions, it will shut down when full. Again, thank you.
How often do we need to drain? My sister said every 3 days. I think that's too often can . Someone help me, please.
why do these units have 2 drain holes instead of 1 big one at the bottom? with a dehumidifier function, would expect much more water. I bought and returned a Midea one built just like this one.
I believe one is for condensation of the coils and the other is for dehydration. Good luck stay cool.
Helped me out big, had alot of water in it.
Glad I could help. Enjoy your portable AC and thanks for watching.
Thanks I appreciate that and thank you for watching. Stay cool.

If you can find something that will fit the diameter of those plugs you could probably push it in there like a small earplug or something small good luck thanks for watching
How exactly are you supposed to attach the drain hose when it comes out right away??
You don’t have to attach the drain hose if you don’t want to you can just drain it every other day
Had mine on for 12 hours an it filled up a gallon of water almost ..sucks now I gotta figure out to run a pipe drain all the way outside or to the sink
Good luck you must live somewhere where it’s very humid. We’re in Florida, so I know exactly what it’s like. That’s what are used it to.
@@TomLeeman yeah i ran the drain plug out the window problem solved !
We returned our Hisense AC with heat pump one because water was Dripping a lot from under the machine onto the floor like puddles so we got another one and hopefully this one will be okay got it from Costco
Good luck with your new AC. Just make sure that you check the water parks and drain them if they fill up especially if you live somewhere humid.
Werid question but would really help me, what size is the bottom rubber drain plug?
I’m not sure but the hose that they give you will fit on either one. Thanks for watching.
Let me start by saying there is zero judgement of anyone's A/C from my end, I'm just a curious person. I have a Whynter ARC-14S that has 1 drain plug and I've seen other models than yours that also have 2 drains. Why do some portable ACs have 2 drains instead of 1?
I have a Hisense that I was wondering plug on the bottom, but it seems like anything higher than 6000 BTU as two drain plugs and I’m not sure why I have to do more research on that
@@TomLeeman I appreciate you replying, the only thing is the ARC-14S is 14,000 BTUs and just has the one drain plug on the bottom.
@@kjrey9878 that definitely makes it much easier for draining. Stay cool good luck. Thanks for watching.
How abt if i put the hose then let it drain thru window hole when running. Is it not a big problem right ?
Yes, you can use that drain hose, but make sure that you check it every once in a while just in case good luck, stay cool this summer. Thanks for watching.
@@TomLeeman thankyou sir. I appreciate it ❤️ love from malaysia
Good luck let us know how it works. Thanks for watching.
Thanks how often do you need to drain it please?
We were draining this thing every other day because it’s really humid here in Florida all depends on how humid it is in your area. Good luck thanks for watching.
Thank you. This was very helpful.
You're welcome!
How often do these things have to be drained?
It all depends on how humid it is where you live. We were in Florida so we had to drain it every other day.
@@TomLeeman Pretty dry, we live in Socal. Maybe once a week then?
Thanks from the netherlands ..ofcourse a small plate is perfect for my Blizzard 12 k
Excellent stay cool
Youll know when its time to drain it...mine does a warning beep with a red light and wont power on until drained...it goes a good while between drainings
Thanks for the tip appreciate it
How to clean that part if moldy water comes out?
It sounds like that unit was not drained. I guess you could put some bleach in there but be very careful. Maybe dilute it and you need a hose and a funnel and just put maybe a pint good luck. Thanks for watching.
Great video! But oh my gosh! I forgot about draining. We never drained it and we used it for about 2 months in 2023 and 2022. Will it grow mold?! Now I am scared. I live in New York, so humidity is not a big deal, and it has never overflowed. But it shut off spontaneously twice, so maybe that's why. Eeekk
I don’t know if it would have mold in it, but you can just rain it out and maybe when it runs it also helps to evaporate some of it
Most of the time the water inside will evaporate…if for some reason is too much water it will stop working until you remove the water. You don’t have nothing to worry
@@Slowpo-ze1ue I hope so. Thank you.
You must connect the drain hose from the top to the bottom. The same device evaporates the water and works better because the coil below is hot and the water that comes out from above is cold.
Below they have a bench that throws the water into the coil to evaporate the drained water.
Interesting take will have to check that out
Wait what?I have this Model # PX0811CWRU put the hose on the top and a huge bin bucket.
It's just that you can hear the sound of water dripping into the coil. It's normal.
Yes, there’s a couple different drain ports that you have to check. One must be open if it’s leaking good luck.
Appreciate the video boss🙏🏼❤️💪
No problem 👍 stay cool this summer
Hi' Cool video first of all! Next, depending on how much water accumulates in the unit and how often you need to drain your Toshiba do you think that would depend on the geographical location a person lives?
Absolutely if you’re somewhere where it’s super humid you’re gonna have to drain it a lot more like we’re in Florida so we have to keep an eye on it
Can I attach a hose to the bottom drain and run it out the window so that it continuously drains and not have to worry about emptying it?
You could give it a try and see if it works. It’ll have to go against gravity to really push it but that could be an option. Good luck stay cool thanks for watching.
So basically one should drain this once a day?
If you live in Florida where it’s super humid, you may have to do that
I have a Haier dual and it’s the best.
Tysm you saved me and my partners room from becoming a sauna
Glad I could help. Thanks for watching.
Do you have tips if the adapter from the house to the window breaks off? I can’t aeem to find a replacement.
I would try some duct tape or Apoxsee glue to fix the collar if you can good luck thanks for watching
Great information ! Thank you 💯👍
Glad it was helpful! Try to stay cool the summer and thanks for watching
What happens if you leave them both unplugged ?
Water will drip out
What if I try to drain it and nothing comes out. Also when it’s on it doesn’t produce cold air like it used to. Is that cause of the refrigerant or
Oh, you may need to recharge it if it’s not blowing cold air
Make sure you pull out the plug
Hello , maybe somebody know why mine ac botom hole dry, nothing comes from there, but all the water goes from the top. Is that a problem? Or its normal?
Try tilting it back a little bit you may see some waterfall out then
Mine does the same. No matter if I tilt it or anything else. Both bottom and middle one connected to drain hose are always bone dry, yet my top one produces several glasses of water a day when I manually drain it
I've had mine 3 1/2 years and never got the P1 message til tonight. I didn't know it needed draining.
Wow, you used it for three years and never had to drain it. That’s pretty good. Stay cool thanks for watching.
Sounds like you got a great machines. Try to stay cool or warm whatever you need and thank you for watching.
Is this being sold in Jamaica if so where

Super helpful, thank you!!
You are welcome thanks
I guess you could go to Home Depot and find a hose that matches the top posts because they’re both the same size
After I drain my air conditioner do I need to put water inside
No, you don’t put water in these. Good luck. Thanks for watching.
Glad to hear it. Keep cool thanks for watching.
I have a hunter and i purchased the drain hose but the 🪟 panel doesn't give you anywhere to put the drain hose for it to pour out
I would have to see how it set up to give you a good fix. I’m not too familiar with the hunters.
wrap something insulated around the exhaust hose - otherwise you're putting heat back into your room. I wrap a blanket around mine
Excellent idea thanks for the tip. Stay cool.
@@ianmackinnon2427 Are you saying that you can just leave both of these holes closed up and it will just send the evaporated water out the window?
I’ts very humide in my house, i ran the deshumydifyer all night… but theres’ almost no water coming out.. is it normal?
I’m in the south and even after a few months mine had little water in it. If it dries the air and produces water, what does the Dry setting do? The same just better at it?
THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME
Glad I could help stay cool this summer
I see that its electric does make ur light bill super high? If u run it all day?
Yes, it definitely will increase your electric bill
How do you clean the air vent ?
Well, you can pull the machine apart and clean the exhaust port and tube pretty easy machine also has two filters that you can clean good luck. Thanks for watching.

Mine leaks a tremendous amount of water and even if we try draining it, almost nothing comes out. It’s so annoying having to clean up a puddle of water everyday!

What does draining it do??. I have never drained it
You have to get the water out of it because it will fill up
We are useing in camper. Do you have to drain. I have been using for a wek never drained it.
Yes you need to check the to drain plugs in the back usually the bottom one has the most water in it you can also put a hose on the drain plug into a bucket but I just drained it every day
We use the drainage hose and a bucket. Then we just empty the bucket every once in a while.
What if the water drained out the bottom is yucky?
You have to drain it out more often don’t let it sit in there
What about refilling?
You don’t put water in this those drains are only for water to come out

That’s no moral same here feels cooler when you keep it drained
If you get a P1 on the temp window, it means your bottom pan if full. Turn off the unit, open the plug and turn on the unit til the water stops. The upper drain is for the dehumidifier only.
Omg, I forgot to pull out the plug after unscrewing the knob. After watching this video I'll get right to it. I hope it drains because I have water on my carpet which I'll use the carpet cleaner to remove the water after. 😊
All right sounds like a good idea. Stay cool the summer thank you for watching.😎🤙

That’s a good question. I would have to research that.

I hate this AC unit with a passion. Have TOSHIBA RAC-PD0812CRRC and gone through 3 of em in 15 years. My 3rd one right now won't stop having to be drained from the upper valve or it will spit up water from the top. I have no clue what to do. I live in a place that has very little humidity, ugh.
