"Cedarbrook"= Teterboro.... "We have a still whiskey" = "we have still [information] W" ...... "We have some percussion in the landing" = "We have [to do] some precautionary landing" .... "stay intension" = "say intentions"...... "We'll go" = "Wilco"
I have LOTS of time in Barons. I can't stand to see a beautiful airplane destroyed like that because of incompetence. I got my ATP in a Baron B-55. Went on to an airline career
The Beechcraft G58 Baron made a gear-up landing at Caldwell-Essex County Airport (CDW), New Jersey, after returning to the airport due problems with the electrical system. The airplane sustained damage to the propeller blades. Both occupants were not injured
@@Flight_Followerthat is a LOT more damage than just props ! Holy hell ---> 🥴💥🔥🤪🤡☠️ ! ! Retired from flying / This was my last day ! Collecting shopping carts @ grocery store .
So tired of seeing all these people not knowing their planes, conditions and crashing and causing my plane insurance to keep going up. It's one thing if brakes locked up on one side but when it is constant proficiency issues it gets really old. Fly safe and stay proficient or go fly with someone who is or a CFI to get refreshed. Barons have manual gear for a backup!!!
I had a brake lock up after I landed and slowed to taxi speed. It was moisture in the 5606 fluid on an extremely cold night. Blocked things for a while as the first tug broke down on the runway as well and they had to get someone in from home to get to a second tug. It was kind of a comedy of problems. As it was purely a mechanical problem, no skid marks, nothing, everyone was super nice despite the cold and the situation and we eventually got everything cleared. Tower was pretty pissed initially but then got resigned as even airport ops was powerless against the cold.
Pretty sure Cedarbrook = Teterboro
It's possible the audio was compressed; otherwise, there was a lot of non-priority radio traffic after the incident that could have waited.
Was just about to comment the same thing! Civilian pilots talk too much on the radio.
On the other hand, it’s likely ATC could have allowed some movement somewhere at the airport before or after the emergency vehicles.

Agree
While the pilot didn’t sound proficient-we should probably wait for the NTSB preliminary report
How does "a slight right turn" become a left turn?
