Preserving the crime scene is crucial to the families that want justice and it pisses me off to no end when a lazy cop automatically assumes that they are runaways! The revolting "liberal" policies in the EU and UK are created by morally bankrupt politicians, based on the ridiculous notion that violent criminals, murderers and repeat offenders could be "redeemable". The weak legal guidelines are representative of vile, wicked politicians, who adore psychopaths and dangerous criminals. The lives of the victims and their families mean nothing to them. Liberals are criminals against civilized society. They are toxic.

Also, it’s hardly just liberals that implemented and have perpetuated these policies lmao. It’s been like this probably since the dawn of modern-day criminal justice policy in the EU. The absurd part of the autopsy results is that different parts of the bodies were found in different levels of decomposition.
I read the autopsy report and it says that:
    1) the heads of the girls were separated from the bodies. Each head was in an advanced state of decomposition, it was a bare skull. Each scalp was separated from the skull and they were merged together, so they cannot distinguish them. The jaws were broken and lots of teeth were missing
    2) the rest of the body of the three corpses was in a much better state, the skin was there and they were able to notice lots of haematoma. On Desiree's body a lot of the skin in the back was missing, and both Toni (1st body), and Desirée (2nd body) had a hole in their ribcage. Miriam's ribcage was intact, so they were able to examine the heart
    3) Desirée and Miriam's bodies were missing a hand
The questions are many. Why different parts of a cadaver would be decomposed in a different way?
Why the heads were in a much advanced decomposition state than the bodies? What's the reason of the mysterious decomposition of the hands missing? They say "wild animals" ate them, but if the official version says the three cadavers were buried in that pit immediately after the murders, and the bodies were buried one over the other,"wild animals" would have dug up just the first body, and ate it much more than the other two.
    It's completely nonsense.
It's clear that someone must have brought the girls to a place were they had ropes and multiple objects they used as weapons to torture those poor souls.
It's obvious for me that they had tortured them and they kept parts of the girl's bodies as a "trophy", as a souvenir. I am 100% convinced that the three skulls are not the original heads. Someone keeps them somewhere, as well as their hands.
It's something so disturbing that it makes me want to scream, but I don't see other logical explanations. A head can't become a skull in two months and a half.

    • @q6ou
      @q6ou 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

Maybe this advanced decomposition on the heads was caused by the shots fired to it or maybe bc of the weather changes ? we don't know + they don't know the exact date when the girls died or if they died separately of each other there's many questions another note where the heads decapitated by a sharp object as well ? we don't know but since the buried bodies were with clothes on we know the killer(s) guided them somewhere and shots them and maybe removed the hands after the killing since they didn't find any blood around the pit

This case has always interested me. There have been a couple of "developments" this year. Anglés' search has been restarted, and the police have talked to a sailor who allegedly spoke with him in the phone. The Plymouth sailors also identified Anglés as the person who got caught in the boat. Some of them believe that he was helped scaped by someone in there. Unfortunately, the sailors are dead, so we'll probably never know what truly happened inside that boat.
On January Ricart was spotted by the police in a crack house in Madrid. He said he had just gotten off work and was accompanying a friend. He didn't have any drugs on him or was doing anything ilegal so he got let go. I guess he sneaked back into Spain recently?
And lastly, a group of criminologist have asked to analyse the 11 hairs found on the girls' bodies.
It's crazy that it's been so many years since this case got solved and there's still so many things about it to say.

I think that they were just exceedingly LUCKY that they happened to find that piece of paper that was stupidly left by the killers! That peice of paper was the sole evidence that led them to the murderers and so I believe that if they hadn't happened to find that peice of paper, they more than likely wouldn't have found the murderers entirely because of how incompetently they mishandled and blundered the crime scene, including their careless destruction of vital evidence on the girls' bodies.

@@laurametheny1008 Yes, in the majority of Spain the C before an I and E is pronounced similar to "th", however this is not a "lips" as the person above is implying. As well as the Z before O, U and A. S is pronounced as S before all bowels.
This is however not the case in Andalucia (south of Spain) and Canary Islands, where the pronunciation is like in South America (so called "seseo"). This has historical roots on why it happened, you can search for it on youtube since there are some videos explaining this phenomenon and is the result of the evolution of the middle ages spanish being different in this regions.
It is thought that, since the majority of migrants going from Spain to South America came from Andalucia and Canary Islands, they brought the characteristic pronunciation with them.

These girls were my age, It seems like everyone failed them, everyone from the beginning to end, they would be in their 40's now probably with daughter's of their own, I used to hitchhike and travelled hundreds of kms, from an early age, this wasn't just bad luck and ten years for his part in these crimes is a crime within itself , the police and justice system should be put on trial for such a horrific handling of the whole case, doesn't give me any faith in their system or justice, the monsters still roam free and I'm definitely sure their are more terrible crimes still being done today, those men would only be in their 50's, murders don't just start torturing in their first murder and with getting away with it, their is nothing to stop them, I don't believe people who die in such circumstances rest in peace and their souls cry for justice forever. It really brings me back to the story of The girl with the Dragon Tattoo trilogy and how post war atrocities continued and we're covered up, even though that story is fictional.

I recommend watching the Netflix documentary about this case. It's brilliantly made and it uncovers the truth. I never believed Anglés and Ricart to be the killers because here in Spain there were all kinds of theories around the murders. However, these theories and conspiracies were caused by the incompetence of the police and the fact that nothing as brutal as this had ever happened in Spain, this was something NEW; it became MASSIVE. People believed these things only happened in the USA. The girls had been so brutally tortured that everyone was in denial; the whole country was in complete shock, including the police and investigators. And so, the father of one of the girls became OBSESSED with the idea that the reason why the investigation had been conducted so poorly was because the police were trying to cover up very powerful people who were the actual killers of the girls. Everyone would say: "Anglés and Ricart are not smart enough to commit those atrocities" or "They are scapegoats, that's why the investigation was done so badly. Very powerful men might be behind this and the police are trying to protect them". The father of this girl appeared on TV shows for years and years until the point that the families of the other girls started to get angry with him because he even showed images of the corpse of one of the girls on TV (not the one of her daughter) and the mother of the girl recognised her daughter while she was watching TV at home. It was horrible. My opinion completely changed when I recently watched the Netflix documentary. It's obvious that Anglés, who managed to run away, was the killer along with his younger brother and Ricart. It has been proven, even with all the mistakes that were made in the investigation, it has been proven that they were the killers. I still can't believe that this father gave a hug to the younger brother of Anglés after the trial. This younger brother also participated in the murder of the girls. I really hope there's no afterlife, because I can't stand the idea that this poor dead girl saw her father hugging one of her killers. It's unbearable.

I have never heard of this case before here in the US. Thank you for your thorough and sensitive portrayal of it. The two things that should have a connection in this case that are not connected here is why the police were shielding somebody but that shield does not seem to be attached to the men accused of this heinous crime. And only the first one caught is convicted? Really? I was an adult in in the 1990s and I know that much of what we can do now was not available back then but there was enough to do a better job on the crime scene than this! I fear religious modesty may have played a part in how the bodies were handled but there is no excuse for desecrating a crime scene by digging up the bodies before the area was processed! This is total disregard for procedure even back then! The torn paper implicating a known criminal is suspect too: most career criminals know better than to leave such evidence behind. What they would have left behind wasn't processed? Why? Why hasn't it been processed now? Is it gone? That wouldn't be surprising. It's so awful that the media circus here actually had real complaints like this to grind on. I truly hope it is untangled one day as the girls' families at least deserve answers. My condolences for the loss and horror they've had to deal with. The statue is beautiful and a fitting tribute to them. Let's hope it's also a reminder to their law enforcement to never commit such atrocities on an atrocity again.

    • @esther7826

I think you misunderstood parts of the video. Only one person got charged because Ricart was the only one caught. The other suspect, Anglés, scaped while Ricart was being arrested. There's theories that he's living in a fabela in Brazil now, but he most likely died after jumping off the boat.
The paper belonged to one of Anglés's brothers. That's how they found out who the killers were, they put the paper pieces back together. Anglés was the known criminal, alongside Ricart.
You should watch the Netflix documentary mentioned in the video, it is really well done since it explains the case from both sides of the argument: the conspiracy theory one that the father of one of the victim's believes, and the official records.

    • @nancyholcombe8030

@@esther7826 wish I could watch the documentary but Netflix and I are having an argument right now. I would love to hear the father's theory as I doubt very seriously that anybody jumped off of a boat. That would mean they were remorseful and since I don't believe they would have been involved without payment remorse is highly unlikely at this point. Sailors respect what the ocean can do and wouldn't try to force a stowaway to go overboard. Life is too precious and they are all too well aware of that. They probably also wouldn't have known who they were so retaliation is out. Going to another country is highly likely. How did they get there? I don't have answers to this one, just unanswered questions like everybody else. It would take an expert to plant DNA back then so they were actually paid to do this or somebody very powerful became involved or both. The bodies were moved more than once. That was the one thing that was clear. Why? They found the bodies before they knew about the house. Why not just leave them there? Too much caring is shown here. Why?

(this is my 3rd attempt at trying to write this but i keep accidentally deleting it somehow. Sigh, here i go again) You can watch the documentary on other less official sites without supporting netflix ;)
I’ll try my best to explain Fernando’s theory but it’s somewhat complicated. While the trials were going on, he got invited to a late night program by Juan Ignacio Blanco, a true crime reporter. There they shared their theory: the girls got killed by the elite, and Angles and Ricart were the scapegoats that got paid to do the dirty work, kidnap the girls and get rid of the bodies.
Later on, JIB claimed that he was given a VHS tape by a church pastor a few days after he got to Alcasser. This tape contains a snuff film, in which you can see two of the girls laying on a bed sedated and various people coming intro frame to torture them. Or so he claims, because he is the only person who has admitted to watching the tape. To the day he died he kept threatening with releasing it, but he never did. He also says he gave the original tape to a spanish minister, who also never did anything with it, and he kept a copy. The pastor who he says gave the tape to him denies its existence, and Fernando has changed his story a few times. 1st he claimed he had never seen this tape in person, and a few weeks after JIB’s death he started saying he had seen the VHS but never watched its content.
No one else has seen this tape, since JIB never showed any proof of its existence.
And as a side note, the term “snuff film” became popular a few months before JIB 1st talked about it after Almodobar published a movie about snuff films.
This theory nowadays is pretty much only supported by qanon-esque believers, it has somehow developed into involving the royal family as well.
Oh, and Ricart, who after seeing how much this theory was growing with the public, changed his testimony on court and started claiming his innocence, that he was being framed by the elites and that the police had tortured him until he confessed to the crime.
Fernando and JIB did get a lot of support at the beginning, but quickly started losing it because of all the legal trouble they kept getting into. They got sued by the other victim’s families twice. The 1st time as after JIB published a book in which he included photos of the girl’s autopsies. The 2nd time, they tried to start a fundraiser, but one of the girl’s mother sued them because she didnt want her daughter’s name used and linked to the two men. The fundraiser never got legalised, but they still recollected money and donations, whiiich got them sued again although the case got dropped because it couldn’t be proven that they pocketed the money themselves. They also got sued for defamation a few times by some of the people they accused of murdering the girls on live TV.
If you ask me? I think this is a clear case of a deeply traumatized father after what happened to his daughter, who couldn’t believe a lowlife, scrawny and short dude like Ricart was capable of doing what happened to the girls, and that got taken advantage of by someone who wanted a quick launch into the public eye.
About the scape, there’s also two different theories here. Angles was last seen in Lisbon, and there he either:
      - sneaked into the playmouth, and after getting caught by the sailors and locked into a room managed to scape and jumped to the water. I’m pretty sure the sailors didn’t know who he was, since they weren’t spanish and probably hadn’t heard of the case.
      - took a boat to brazil, where he easily got into because he was brazilian and had a brazilian passport.
The court has just restarted his search earlier this year, and they’ve talked to a sailor who apparently spoke on the phone with Angles.
The abandoned house was known by other people. The Angles brothers were there frequently and they were always open about that. Their DNA was found all over the house. Had the bodies been left there, they would’ve gotten discovered waaaaay sooner than they actually were.
According to the official version, after the girls were raped in the abandoned house, they were made to walk to the burial site, where they were killed. You also have to keep in mind that this case took place in winter and the bodies where there for months until they were found. All the evidence there could be like body fluids was destroyed by the elements, it was a very rainy, cold and exposed place.
The hospital papers being found there have always been really controversial, just one of the many things this case makes you go ‘’what the f…’’.
The 2nd autopsy is also very controversial, but I can’t really speak about it because I don’t know much about it tbh

@@esther7826 thank you so much for taking the time to write this all down for me. I truly appreciate it! It clarifies some of what I thought was going on. I don't believe the Angles brotbers are still alive or jumped off of a boat. Why would a wanted fugitive call a sailor.!? What good would it do him?!? The only reason Ricart is is because he was caught and tried. Being in police custody is the only reason he's still alive. Sad that the bodies were buried in a rainy area. Their bodies could have bloated and burst from the extra liquid seeping into them making autopsies and outer body evidence collection almost impossible . Drowning victims do the same thing. (Hope I didn't gross you out with that. Sorry!) I believe the father was on the right track and I believe they were killed at that vacant house but were held elsewhere before then and the real brains and money had access to them at that time. Remember they found several DNA profiles on them not just the perps. Snuff films were making their dubious intro into the world when I drove an ambulance as a young adult. Never seen or heard of an actual real one yet. Videos of rapes and molestations , however , are common for agressors to do. This is the type of tape I believe they had. Somebody was paid to get rid of it. It also bothers me that both the father and JIB died so close together but no one else has. Money and clout can accomplish all of the current road blocks the authorities have encounteted. If they could find the place where the rape and torture of these poor girls occured then they'll start getting somewhere but you'll have to convince them that there is another crime scene out there and that they won't get killed if they find it! But money and political ranking are far more powerful in Europe than they are here so these innocent victims may never get justice. And that is so wrong on so many levels.

Well done! Very respectful and spot on with the pronunciaciones. So jealous of a properly rolled rrrrr and you do it effortlessly.the girls last moments on earth was horrific. I pray they didn't suffer for long, but the findings say otherwise. The crime scene investigación was a joke, but Fernando Garcia's exploitation of his daughters murder for money is probably the most disturbing feature of this story.

May all the horrifically murdered -- especially the young & innocent ones -- get true justice, and may their offenders be banished by God from ever incarnating anywhere ever again. Let their souls rot and the destroyed lives be restored anew to everlasting life in a good world next time around.
