@@painhurtssometimes2185 Exactly so if the concept of transforming robots wasn't so silly, why is a raunchy comedy about a guy & his talking teddy bear be too farfetched?
@@SkullAngel002 I just said why. He came in around the 4th movie after it thr franchise had already made over a billion dollars. Ted was a new concept and new movie. @@painhurtssometimes2185 Exactly it's public knowledge the box office successes of the first 3 Transformers movies clearly showed the concept of transforming robots wasn't silly (and Wahlberg knew this). Look at Mister Ed (6 seasons), Alvin & the Chipmunks, Garfield, Dr. Dolittle, Guardians of the Galaxy, Planet of the Apes, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, etc
The Departed is such an incredible movie. For some reason it's easy to over look Mark when thinking of great actors but he really has done some incredible performances. And I love his comedic roles.

It's amazing to me how much this guy has done despite how badly he seems so reluctant to do literally anything. Every project, "Didn't want to do this movie, didn't want to talk to this guy, didn't want to try this, not really into this" Some people are just born stupidly lucky.
Ted is really a movie for Mark that comes out at the right time with the right people and it was really needed for him to be attached to a big comedy movie like this. It's a match made in heaven.
I don’t get that impression at all. I think that’s the vibe he consciously tries to put out but he’s really wound tight as a snare drum and everything in his life has to be done a certain way or it’s the highway.
I know he doesn't like to speak about his past but I think it would inspire some people to change going through the same thing. His past probably helped with his character in Basketball Diaries
"you come in here dressed like a hobo" always gets me Thank you Mark for improvising and being super pervy with Eva Mendes it was absolutely hilarious! "BYE SHIELA!"
I can not stress enough how amazing Joaquin Phoenix’s interview would be. There’s opportunities to talk about his most famous films, sisters brothers , and updates on the Joker film.
I agree with the first part, but the 2nd part yes he is serious, but at times here he comes across as a bit arrogant/bored depending on the film he's talking about. He for sure knows his craft, but not laid back person at all...
What I’ve read he’s a great hard working actor, could be the fact he always feels like he’s won the lottery working with great actors and puts his heart into it.

Why would you have to be TALKED INTO working with Scorsese... bleh
I dont think hes much of a classic film fan. He said he didn't like the original planet of the apes. like, what?
@@365Cani I think he is, i would know too, im wicked fahckin smaht. like a dentist, or a bus driva. wicked. smaht.
The firecracker scene in Boogie Nights was so epic! Mark’s stare and Thomas Jane describing the safe under the bed. Just awesome!!
Ted still one of my favs to the day😎
Sam Smith oh yea yea
Noel Rivera oh meow meow oh yeah yeah oh max max
are you okay sir?
Zack A. Google up maxamillionmus and you’ll see what we are doing
ok so this is epic
It was kind of epic, with how Mark perfectly hit those flat/sour notes, in the Boogie Nights music recording studio scene.
It's amazing to me how much this guy has done despite how badly he seems so reluctant to do literally anything. Every project, "Didn't want to do this movie, didn't want to talk to this guy, didn't want to try this, not really into this" Some people are just born stupidly lucky.
It’s probably his nonchalant attitude and resistance that makes him more desirable. Not luck it’s an art
Everyone is mad about shooter and lone survivor but what about the lovely bones
Rockstar, Four brothers D:
the LADS and the BOYS dont want to hear about some chick flick he was in
(this is sarcasm that movie was brilliant)
They skipped his best movie The Happening
Yeah maybe if that movie didn't suck royally...
You want a lovely bone? Haha
Ted is really a movie for Mark that comes out at the right time with the right people and it was really needed for him to be attached to a big comedy movie like this. It's a match made in heaven.
Pain and Gain and Fear is the pinnacle of Mark Wahlberg's career.
4 brothers was my favorite 🙏💯
I don’t know about any of you guys but I’ve loved ‘Pain and Gain’
#Fuckmichealbay
I've been watching those interviews you guys made with legendary actors and I gotta say, these videos should get waaaay more views. I'm surprised.
What about 4 brothers?! Pain and gain?! Shooter?
Why he didn't talk about Shooter? That's one of Mark's best movies.
He sounds like such a chill and down-to-Earth guy.
Yes he is but a no nonsense guy and a very strict parent as well
I don’t get that impression at all. I think that’s the vibe he consciously tries to put out but he’s really wound tight as a snare drum and everything in his life has to be done a certain way or it’s the highway.
This was like listening to that friend who just got his first promotion and now he's an expert on everything.
Everything seems so,”no big deal, just fell into my lap”
Truly an Icon.
Ted will forever be a classic.
I know a lot of people don't like him but I really enjoy his movies. He's very hard working and a good actor.
I know he doesn't like to speak about his past but I think it would inspire some people to change going through the same thing. His past probably helped with his character in Basketball Diaries
Him and Will Farrel make an awesome duo
What about his role as Chris “Izzy” Coles in Rock Star?? Loved him in that one. Soundtrack was awesome.
Can't tell if his acting is better than his directing or vice versa💯 He's so real.
"you come in here dressed like a hobo" always gets me
Thank you Mark for improvising and being super pervy with Eva Mendes it was absolutely hilarious! "BYE SHIELA!"
I can not stress enough how amazing Joaquin Phoenix’s interview would be. There’s opportunities to talk about his most famous films, sisters brothers , and updates on the Joker film.
"We own the night", where he plays the brother of Mark Wahlberg ;)
Shooter and Lone survivor where also amazing movie!!!And omg Mile 22🔥🔥 I'm about to got watch mile 22 again rn lol.
Man no love for Steel Dragon. Still my favorite Mark Wahlberg movie. STAND UP AND SHOOOOOOUUUTTTT!!!!!!!! 💀🤘🎸🔥
@J Wil weirdo
@@bhump6216 schizo
4 bros?! Pain and gain?! Transformers?!
em azin terrible, terrible anddddddd terrible
Two guns?
I really enjoyed Pain And Gain a lot I hate how it gets a bad rep cause it was a Michael Bay movie
em azin the big hit?
Lonan Keane Four Brothers was not terrible, you buggin
LOL, I animated Ted in that scene! Mark is the best at acting with an invisible character.
He's clearly intelligent but the guy needs to chill out, he is so serious.
He totally comes across as arrogant in this interview, agree he needs to lighten tf up
@@alisonp133 thats because he's like that in real life
@@rijubentonn2222 Sure seems that way.
