    Working from home during this pandemic has had me looking forward to watching these videos every week. I know two videos a week is a lot of commitment and effort, but know that it bringtens the week for us watching. Do remember to take those weeks off and trips with family and friends, because if you aren't enjoying what you are doing, it won't be fun to watch either

    Small tip .
    I drill my pilot hole , before using the hole saw . This prevents my hole saw from slamming into my work piece when the drill bit penetrates this surface.
    I broke lots of pilot drills before I figured this out
    yw
    Keep up the top level work . Your projects exibit a level of detail that is hard to top

    • @erwinfromzeeland8526
      @erwinfromzeeland8526 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Better make sure your workpiece can't move. Then you can concentrate on the drill.

    • @erwinfromzeeland8526
      @erwinfromzeeland8526 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      And, when you let the underside of your workpiece lay firmly on an piece of wood, the drill won't bite when it penetrates the sheetmetal.

    I keep coming back because of your genuine intent to educate, your beautiful videography and your authenticity. We get to see the work you're proud of and not so proud of, your growth as you develop a new skill, and you include us on your thought process explaining the "why" of your solution. Its difficult and humbling but we saw you on your worse days, ragged out and tired or mourning the loss of a close friend, but we also get see you triumph, share in your successes, and bask in the joy you radiate through the screen. You are as human as they come, perfect in all your imperfections, and I wish you the best. Don't let success change you, you're already as rich as can be!

Glad I did, it has been entertaining and extremely informative the entire series and it's lead to me having dreams of doing a build myself someday. Having seen the phenomenal cars you put out into the world it's good to know that you, like the rest of us go through trials and tribulations with a build - as you say you are a human being. It's what I wait for in the mornings on my off days on Tuesday and ive shared your content with all of my friends. I dabble in automotive photography and your Instagram inspires me to do more everyday. Drag not a concern for the up rights? The force would be pushing rear wards at the base welds plus the added leverage from the height of the uprights plus height of the supports. Just a thought, can utilize the extra length from the lateral supports that you used.

    I'm sure it gets said often, but I know how it makes one feel so it can't be said enough... You've done a Amazing Job this past year. You deserve to be super proud of your accomplishments, and the community you've created.
    I look forward your final video of 2021, and have a Great holiday season with your family and friends! ❤️

    Congrats on 1 year. Can't believe it's almost been a year since I subbed and restarted my 20 years old father- son project. Time flies when you're having fun

    Mike! Just a casual observation but those end tanks can be made with a single piece no? Why not cut them out to fold four corners in to allow for less welding across the face? I know there are limits to the break you have but for four minor bends it would really clean up the face of those tanks! And allow for less likely leaks! Loving the content as always man! Happy 1 year anniversary on the Ferrari!

    Drill the pilot hole first with a separate bit or without the holesaw on the arbor, then do the hole saw. And maybe use a fixture to hold your piece better

    I can't believe it's already been a year since you started this build! It is however quite easy to believe I've been following this for a year, as it's some grade A stuff. Not just the build is super solid, but the quantity and quality of content is superb.
    I think I can speak for most, if not all, of the members of this community when I say: we're proud of you man.

    I don’t know when I started watching the channel, but I know that as soon as I did I recognised that you were a guy I should have known more about. Proud to have been here since around the start, and til the end.
