Wd40 is not a lubricant. WD=water displacement. It is designed by military for drying out wet distributor caps. PB blaster works well for keeping flutes from gumming up with aluminum.

You got CNC,why not do some golf dimple pattern intake and Outtake dimple , that will much better than just polishing the air path , by the way ,why people said do not polishing the intake wall to smooth in non-direct fuel inject engine , that will decade the mixing efficiency in Air -fuel

This type of cylinder head doesn't need port work ,u will find only the bowl needs work in particular the bridge between the two valves

upload the cnc instruction file so he can do it. id suggest thats the hardest bit
