Went 165 and think maybe could have gone up to 185 without breaking but then the clean and jerk would have had to have been taken a tad more serious. Knew if I could keep the second row sub 3, I’d keep them all sub 3. Box jump overs weren’t very pretty but knew I couldn’t push them if it meant hurting the chance of unbroken back squats. Give this one a go!
