Thank you for always showing us great bbq videos. I'm so surprised how much people don't know about these videos. I show everyone I know about how great of bbq you make, and hopefully, we can get you to a million people and up. Love all the seasoning rubs too. Thanks Heath
This wasn't on the smoker, but you can cook it on one! th-cam.com/video/KBi6ffWYnd4/w-d-xo.html We'll have some more Thanksgiving leftover recipes soon.
Hey y'all, this is the rub guy. He does such a great job using tons of rub you won't be able to taste the meat but the rub. Meat is just for looks. You go rub guy.
If you're not familiar with our channel, I tell everyone to make it how they like and use whatever BBQ products they prefer. If it's ours you decide to use, that's great. I like to showcase how I do things. Yeah, we like a little seasoning around here. Nobody wants bland turkey.
Thank you very much for showing this recipe vid Heath. I'm definitely going to be doing this for this year's Thanksgiving. Thank you very very much Heath. God bless you and your family. 🤘😎🍻
Not overcooked at all. Everything turned out delicious. We walked through the whole cook, temped, sliced, and tasted. I'm not putting out recipes that I don't personally like or messed up on.
I have feel in love with those two rubs.
Really glad you like our rubs!

Thanks for watching!
Who doesn't eat the skin? That's the best part
11 out of 10 times I eat the skin….😅😅😅
Amen
Safety First! Also be sure to kill the open flame when dropping it in. Then restart the burner.
Got it👍
Those 2 rubs are epic good man. It's my new go to rub.
Heck yeah!
All these Turkey videos are awesome! What can we make with the leftover turkey on the smoker?

Always cut the flames off during the drop, use heat-resistant gloves and anyone can do this, looks awesome.

Same to you!
Looks incredible!
Thanks!
Looks Great!
Thanks!
Awesome. Gotta get a fryer :)
You should!
I take my course grind rubs an put them in a coffee grinder and make them a finer grind, that way they will fit through the injection needle
Smart idea!
Hey Heath - Thanks for the great video! Any reason you didn't brine the turkey first?
Doing things different this year and trying out new ways
Tell me about the work table. It looks pretty solid, and like the legs screw into the top. I need something like this.
It's Pecos. Great table. Legs detach, and you can take it anywhere. A lot of BBQ comp guys will use them.
@@HeathRilesBBQ Thank you!
I love the skin
Nothing wrong with that
hold up.. did you say no one eats the skin lol... thats the best part
Some people don't, some do. Personal preference.
Heath fried or smoke which is best for you ?
I personally enjoy smoked!
I use your Simple Citrus to make a compound butter for under the skin on my chicken/Turkey cooks
Great combo!
Your Cajun creole garlic butter has sugar in it. Aren’t you not suppose to use sugar? It’s going to burn it?
Use a light layer. If you go heavy, it'll burn.
No doubt it is over cooked. Some to the meat will be ok. The legs and wings, well, no much left there. But he is learning.

😂
Dispose the turkey neck?!
Some people keep it and make stocks. Totally up to you.
Nah I know I’m kidding. We eat that tho. It does make a good broth
My man out here doing measurements without measuring cups 🫡 that’s how you know the recipe is gonna be good
Measure with your heart 🤣
I love the skin
