  • THE Nancy Taylor clip from that movie that I won't mention here so this doesn't get you know whatted. I guess the woman who played Nancy Taylor doesnt want her face seen on the internet in the U.S. because I just COULD NOT find this clip ANYWHERE! I had to upload it my damn self.
Specifically uploaded because I met someone named Kelsey Taylor.
    Kelseeyyyyy? Kelllseyyy Tayyloorrrr??

There are lots of days where Phil was very lucky the time loop didn't end that time. What about Phil driving recklessly and then on the train tracks and getting arrested? Think of how his whole career would've been jeapordized, he wouldn't be allowed to be a TV weather reporter again after doing something like that. What about if the loop ended after the times he killed himself? He would've been dead and never came back to see the next day. It's really lucky that the loop ended after Phil's most amazing day of all when he did the best and most benevolent things, but of course that was the point

Have you ever stopped and thought for a minute how exactly his life could've become if the time loop ended on a "different day"? He probably could have gotten a date without the recon but no guarantee of getting laid. The information didn't guarantee that either but you trust a boy you went to high school with not to be serial killer or a rapist a lot more easily than you do a stranger, and somebody you think you share common history with makes you more comfortable and lower your inhibitions. The danger of what he did is that most people will want to talk about old times and the limited amount of information he got wouldn't have allowed him to do that. Of course he could always get more to try again next time like he did with Rita. Aside from having the ability to have about a zillion do overs Phil must have had an extraordinary memory and natural abilities. People constantly tell me what a great memory I have for detail and I don't think I could come close to what he displays in this movie. And then all the time in the world won't make some people into piano players with his level of talent.
