They can send her for an MRI... but it's inconclusive, not a solution, and not a financially feasible option.
I tell myself it would only give possible answers for me to be angry at or likely indicate a hereditary issue.
Neither of which will help my sweet girl. ♡

Since I'm not sure where the question is coming from... first let me state - for those unfamiliar - she's a Malinois.
To answer your question... she's always been free fed a 2:1 combination of two dry foods I consider to be of higher quality: 2 cups Diamond Lamb & Rice + 1 cup Purina True Instinct Turkey & Venison.
Since this video, the last several days she was switched to puppy food, per the vets suggestion, which she doesn't like no matter how I prepare it... to only eating high cal canned food which I've been adding things like cooked brown rice, plain Greek yogurt, coconut milk, egg, and peas.
She's also now disinterested in water so I tried a beef based broth but now add water to her canned mixture.
She's been getting high quality treats as well and, as of yesterday, seemed disinterested in those as well.
Lastly, her symptoms are consistent with tumors. I'm addressing the spasms and any possible gut issues with meds.
