    Nice, review right after unboxing instead of the quick look. Two thumbs up.

      It was about a day in between. Same amount of time as a gunpla video. If you don’t watch the quick look then it’s literally no different

    Great review! I just built this recently and I agree there is too much this kit can do to show in a reasonable amount of time. I absolutely love the Megami Device line, I may need to change my handle to Megami Joey soon!

    Would have liked to see the aoi in the Samurai mode. It looks awesome. Both Archer and Ninja look really good. Aoi and original. I think I'm gonna get the original versions of them. I like the red and black color scheme. ☺

    The articulation is so good with these I cannot go back to figma no more. :'(
    Wish they collaborate with Kadowa to release Kancolle model kits. Think they're already interested in making strike witch version.

    I haven't built Kaede or SOL Raptor, but right now ASRA Archer is still my favourite of Kotobukiya's mecha musume.

    I have the original she's great, did all the waterslides, took a while. Does this one come with the improved shoulder connection parts? the one in the original are really fragile and are easy to break (the ball and socket is way too tight and the o ring usually snaps, which holds the arm in place) had to get replacement 3d printed.

    Looks to be a really good sculpt & articulation. I'd love to see them do a kit of the Major from Ghost in the Shell or maybe Samus from Metroid 👍👍👍

    Have you had any experience painting these? I wanted to get one to paint but was worried with how many moving parts they have with the potential to rub of the paint at the joints

    In you guys Opinion which do you like, dislike or find better on the Frame Arms Girl and Megami Device lines.
    The things I dislike about Megami is the hip piece, which has a lot of looseness to it and the shoulder parts that pop off at times. I do like the design and Articulation that Megami has.
    As for Frame Arms Girl, I don't like the arms. They are loose and can't hold up weapons very well. Last but not least I don't like how top heavy they are. I do like the design of them.

    • @ZakuAurelius
      @ZakuAurelius  5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yep pretty much agree with all that. MD feel more stable, but still with minor imperfections. I enjoy both but if I had to choose one the MD kits are probably better

      i don't like the way the shoulders look on megumi device, they have like weird shoulder blades that look kinda weird but i'm a fan of FA girls and ive never had the problems other people have, aka fragile wrist joints or easily broken wastes.

    • @fantastiCkiLler92
      @fantastiCkiLler92 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I only built 1 kit from each line and I painted all of them. Didn't really have any issue with mine may be because I painted it. But I agree that the FA-G kit has a loose shoulder ball joint.

    • @roegenhobby729

      I do agree with you but if you look at manual careful enough it requires a bit of glue there and there which is typical for Koto kits.

    The stands are really interesting I've got the Choas Witch sitting on the sniper rifle like a broom and the rifle is plugged into the base so nothing is touching the floor and it holds fine. Maybe it's the soft plastic? Either way I was very happy it didn't have any balance issues.
