I really want to know your technique to make that skirt... Like, what putty you use? Why it not too sticky?

Edit: after some research, my guess is he using clay as the material for that skirt. As you can see, clay is not as sticky as epoxy putty and its need to be baked for it to be cure (harden).
If you want to know more, search 'sculpting clothes' and there is many videos of it... 😉

Talcum powder helps "desticky" putty on most things
But the skirt is an oven bake clay

I’m so glad I’m not the only one with a tub full of kitbash pieces. Btw it’s a lot easier to make hair with a 3D pen. Make a 2D hair shape(can be strand or chunk), flatten it with a cheap wood burning pencil, then sharp and stick on. Repeat. If you use PLA it will bond very well with the model parts. I suppose you could do this for clothing, but I’ve only ever done it for hair and repairs.
As a beginning Warhammer 40,000 hobbyist and player (I play Raven Guard Space Marines), it's really interesting to watch other types of plastic miniature/figure conversions. I even used to get on Dungeon Fighter Online for a time before entering 6th Form (that's the British school system, search it up if you're interested).
