Is it possible to fit a 550 motor without cutting up any plastic’s in the body

I have never installed a 550 motor, so I can't say for sure.
There is a small gap around the 540 motor when it is installed, so I think it may be possible to install it.
However, considering the size and weight of the machine, I think 540 is enough.

For speed we need to use lower than 80t? For crawler is it good to use 20 - 50t?

Choose a low number of turns if you need speed, choose a high number of turns if you need torque. For reference, the standard crawler is about 55T.
