It helps if you know her skill pattern One of the more obvious ones is when she uses Def Up on the next turn she will charge her NP etc I recommend writing them downz because once you know what skills she's auto casting the fight becomes so much easier.
@@IC-23 yeah she always casts the same 3 skills in a cycle. The def up is arguably the most annoying but you can get through it by using a servant with def ignore or running a ce like the Atlas ranni one
Imo, there are a lot of situations where Skill Seal is beneficial, you want the enemy to hit you so you can refill your gauge back, provided you got the defenses ready. And to prevent them from casting a skill that bypasses defenses.

Doing this challenge a week ago with Douman, Kagekiyo and Skadi was surprisingly fast: I actually INSTA-KILLED 6 OF THEM with Douman's NP and destroyed the others with crits!!!
I forgot that they can remove buffs so it took me a while to finish it (I was using jarcher). I was then reminded that I hate fighting them in babylonia
The main skill Lahmus have is Foolish Laughter, which is a Buff Removal and three-turn Defense Down. They've also got Hollowing Out, an NP that does some nasty Defense Ignore damage and also does a 3-turn Buster Down.

If you have castoria, you can maybe try mandricardo strats. Just make sure to use Nightingale for buff removal resist
