Do you mean S2? Because if you meant S3 that'd be a nerf lmao I do feel like she needs another buff to fully become a crit looper but idk if an S2 buff would do the job. I'd rather they massively buff her star regen on S3 instead, I think a bigger problem for her is that she just doesn't have any stars to work with unless you're 2030ing on supports(which is fine but then they cant run other useful CEs)
They have been doing a great job at buffing these lesser used servants and making them relevant gameplay wise again. Upto 60% arts and buster up on turn 3 is huge. Well deserved buff.
I mean if she can loop with her NP now, then the DoT might do a little something if there's multiple bosses on the field while she keeps placing more burns on them I guess
Doesn't every NP apply the 100% ramp up as well? With Tamamo enabling NP spam and command codes applying more burns and it being 2k burn every NP for 5 turns, you legit increase your damage numbers against bosses.
It can help a little bit but it prob still won't be all that viable imo. One other really bad thing about dots is that it procs after you've done all your attacks and they CANNOT break HP bars from bosses so if u are short a little they still won't mean anything in that scenario.

I for one would like a BB buff. Either a further tick of cooldown reduction so she can touch Black Grail, or an NP buff that gives her an actual overcharge effect. MHXX doesn't need it, Medb certainly does. We've gotten one good and one bad buff so far; Tomoe's (hopefully) fixes her problems, Lartoria's went in a weird direction but not far enough. So here's hoping Friday's makes sense.

they need to rework how DoT works flat dmg just doesnt do anything they have to make it work like poison/burn in pokemon which is %hp based poison is 1/8 per turn, badly poisoned is 1/8 twice every turn burn is 1/8 per turn
I agree but I kind of understand from a gameplay perspective as well as to why they haven’t changed it. Flat dmg DoT is exponentially easier to balance when it is simple like this. Percentages would alter the entire game on a wide scale and balancing issues would arise now and in the future when designing enemies and servant kits.
@@BboyEasySteps They could add something like poison inflicts a small passive defense debuff and burn gives enemies an attack debuff, there's a lot of ways they could make them useful
Honestly Summer BB got a stealth buff with the 5th append addition Now she can double up her 2nd skill on wave 3. That skill has 20 Buster up but more importantly a freaking 50% NP dmg Up. Doubled up that's 100% NP dmg up. And remember Oberon can double that up again
Her OC is laughable; I have a heavily invested copy (NP5, Grailed) so I can get great use out of her, but for those with more modest copies I think she could use something to up her NP game even further, since Arcuied can touch Black Grail and she can't. It would be nice to see an NP buff that gives her a meaningful overcharge.
@@Harbinger359 BB Summer functionally has a black grail in her kit now with append 5. It may not be there until wave 3, but even before then it's 50% NP damage up.
honestly, for the next banner, I hope it will be mhxx. (Not because I grailed her) We had a joke where no servant has instinct anymore. However, mhxx her second skill is basically still instinct and a worst version at that! For crying out loud!!!
Given that Summer Tomoe is Arts AoE and is capable of looping, using her NP thrice is 6k x 400% = 24k damage. Which is really solid value at that point. And it's free damage so why not. Though, yes, the odds that we need the Burn damage is pretty low.
She's still a limited 4 star Saber, so basically pick her up whenever you see her. If you're on NA, there's 2 banners with her ahead, on JP you'll find out when she drops like the current banner I think?
I'd love to see Barghest (Saber) and Ishtar (Archer) get buff lol. Anyway, is normal Abigail Williams good? I have see Abigail Williams's rank is low because I feel people underrate her like Kingprotea, so I want to know.
