Scott and Zoe are such a delightful couple. They have the kind of marriage you want. They actually like each other and genuinely respect the other. They both pursue interesting and somewhat demanding careers. They are a team as mother and father. I appreciate Scott's genuine affection for his patients and the families.
I love how Scott knows to nuzzle his kitty patients to make them feel better and to say hello. He really knows the animals! He's a good vet!!
Paloma is just gorgeous. I was unfamiliar with the breed (goes without saying, what they go through is disgusting) but she's so calm and loving after all she's endured. She looks like an Egyptian carving.

Part of caring for stray cats is neutering them.
I’m in love with this man. Not in a romantic sense at all. Literally just him . He is that unconditional love that our fur babies have for everyone. God broke the mould after Scott was made. He must of had the most loving up bringing to turn into one of the worlds beautiful human beings . There must be lots of very proud people in his life. Keep giving out those hugs Scott because I can tell you from a personal perspective those genuine hugs will brighten up most peoples day

Scott is a true animal lover. You can't fool an animal. If you aren't nice and good, they know and won't let you near them. I love the way he and his staff just love on the precious creatures. Gave me my smile for today.
Well, Scott and his family have several dogs, and he & his wife are teaching their kids to love them the same way.
Animals know. I know women who judge men by the way they treat waitresses and pets.
Paloma is so gorgeous! And she's so gentle, too. I love how she just sort of gently nibbles on Scott when he's manipulating her leg, like; "Okay, please stop." And then the kisses!
Riaz(?) is such an awesome addition to the team.

Wish my vet were so loving - so many of them (and I've tried many) are just interested in how much money they can get. If my vet/vets were my doctor, I would have found a new one !!!!

The neighborhood my parents live in have a cat like Astro. He *has* a home, and everyone knows to whom he belongs, but he also kind of "owns" the area. You can find him in anyone's yard, he'll occasionally pop into your house for an inspection if you've left the doors open, and he'll graciously allow you to pass if you're driving by. The best thing of all is if he deems you worthy of petting him. He has such a regal air about him, lol. He's a smart cat, and it sounds like he was such an escape artist that his humans just agreed to let him do his own thing.

I cried when I head Paloma's story. How could anyone do that to a living being and still live with themselves???
because the person who let that happen don't acknowledge that it's a living thing, that breed is nothing but a tool to them
same as the breed was to their predecessor/parent/whoever taught them to hunt in that fashion
These are the same people that participate in bull fighting. Maybe they'll evolve one day.
As someone from Spain, it makes me mad. People here treat dogs like this and galgos like they are worth nothing. And same with bullfighting, it's considered to be culture so people see it normal
@@Janeintheok I very much hope so. The Spaniards love children, and in every other way are kind & affectionate. If they could just extend that care to animals too, it would be so much better. It's awful to know they treat those dogs so cruelly. As to bulls, what can we say? I just wish that they would realise how cruel it is to do that, and they ought to be ashamed, rather than proud of it. Manhood is not proved by pitting themselves against another species. The bigger man is the one with compassion.

totally depends on where you live... cats aren't supposed to be kept inside, they are hunters

Your good hearts give me hope and a definite smile. I’ve had to euthanize 3 of my older kitty babies for advanced kidney disease and diabetes this year and I’m watching the next with anxious eyes. I know that life without quality is no blessing for the animal, but it’s so hard to know when to stop fighting. Watching these videos helps me find the strength to ask the tough questions. Thank you, from all of us, living and passed.
I'll admit when they first started showing Vet on the Hill instead of Bondi Vet on this channel, I wasn't so sure I'd be into it. I'd grown so fond of Chris & Lisa. But I'm glad I gave it a chance because I absolutely adore Scott & his nurses ♡ Such wonderful humans with hearts of gold ♡♡
13:15 I also have a Podenco! He needs daily pain killers for his hips which were fractured and never treated!
The wonderful rescuers helped him walk again and now he has a loving home with me

I've sadly never met a bull terrier, but they just have always seemed so sweet and cuddly
Paloma and Lara are so perfect for each other that sweet dog deserves nothing but the best and I'm sure she will get it with a wonderful owner like Lara. Broke my heart to learn about the terrible treatment of the breed.
Also love hedgehogs we have so many of them in my neighborhood and my dog loves to watch them from afar but never touch them or get close to them.
Astro is one cheeky feline! Had I been there, I would've always left my door open for him so he'd visit me.

Our family had a bullterrier when i was a child. Our dog, Clyde, was very friendly and protective towards children. He was our guard dog and a wonderful friend and family member.
Paloma is such an unusual and gorgeous dog! People used to think they had to deny food to cats so they would hunt rats and mice. Thane we learned that wasn’t true at all, hunting is part of them. The same would be true of hunting dogs. Training for dogs gives you a better hunting dog and that takes time but you have to do it only once and then keep them up.
English bull terriers don't look vicious, just give a feel of being a hunting breed.
They look like big babies to me even though I don’t have one. They also remind me of the target dog

That’s how we got our Bull Terrier Roxy her elderly owner passed away! She was 5 when we got her and had her almost a year!! She’s super cute but has lots of energy!

As someone who was able to save a feral kitten when she was barely a month old it's so so amazing being able to get them to trust you and to adopt you as their parents actually my baby Buffy has her brother who looks just like her live right across the street they aren't quite a year yet but she's gotten used to being held and kissed and her brother is getting used to us as well. It's so rewarding getting ferals to trust and love you ❤️❤️❤️

Sara Moore I have my Cats in my will with an agreement with a care facility should I pre decease them. I don’t want them to be without a safe place, but I don’t want them to be denied a loving forever home either.
Wanda Pease In our almost 39 years together my husband and I have had many dogs. We always have made arrangements for them in case something happened to both of us. People really need to think of this.

I have 5…yes 5 cats and a German Shepherd. I wish we had a vet nearby like Scott and the other vets associated with this show. Here in the states we have seen veterinary medicine go corporate and where there was a single vet it has changed to several vets within a practice. The sacrifice is that you don’t get consistent care or a vet that knows your pets.

First time I saw an English Bull Terrier I didn't think they looked vicious, I thought they look like sheep. Someone should breed a French Bull Dog with an English Bull Terrier, one without a nose and one with such a giant one!
I really like Nathan, he's low key and knowledgeable, and good-looking. So many men shave their heads nowadays that he doesn't stand out in that respect. He's so sweet and modest!

It is completely disgusting what happens to that breed of dog in Spain! Starving a dog so it will "hunt better" is ludacris! They need taken care of and trained to hunt and they certainly cannot do that with no energy and sores all over their body! The horrible people that do this are the ones who should be sent down the revine and starved!
Then you look at Astro who is well cared for and is known throughout the neighborhood he lives in. It is funny how he just goes into the pub and lays on a booth and is the only cat I've ever seen just walk into the vet office lol.

What happens to a person who does that
My cat Murray was a person in a fur suit. He knew more people than I did and was always out visiting and was how I met my best friend, which led to me meeting my husband, and so it goes. Every companion animal has a heart looking out for you.

If I would hate anyone - it would be these terrible people in Spain, who treat this race of hunting dogs the way they do . Who in the world is able to be so cruel. How can they sleep at night without having nightmares. There is the law of Karma and some very nice people who try to help and save these unfortunate dogs.

As a cat owner that has a one eyed cat, my cat is as normal as could be. He’s an inside/outside cat. He had an infection and ulcer that was about to burst. The infection was so bad that it had made his vision blurry as it was, so once he got the eye removed, it was almost normal, but better for him.
I love English Bull Terriers
Once I start watching Bondi Vet videos, I never get to my house chores. However, my pets approve, they enjoy watching the videos with me. The chores will eventually all get done. I love Bondi Vet, all the doctors, assistants, and especially the pets who are lucky enough to be treated by Bondi Vets.
All the vets at Bondi Vet are fabulous!!! Just wish we had that time of dedication here in the USA.
