Greater Anglia, Great Northern and CrossCountry Trains at Cambridge North on March 4th 2022

1st time to Cambridge North Station on the Fen Line featuring services from Greater Anglia, Great Northern and CrossCountry Trains.
Cambridge North opened on May 21st 2017 which serves both the Cambridge Science Park as well as the suburb of Chesterton as well as being an interchange for the Cambridge guided busway, local bus routes and park & ride.
3 Platforms are provided with Platforms 1 and 2 used by passing CrossCountry services which run non stop between Cambridge and Ely and half hourly Great Northern services and Greater Anglia services to and from Norwich.
Platform 3 is used by terminating Greater Anglia Services from London Liverpool Street although only a few trains a day to and from London Liverpool Street continue to Ely or Kings Lynn however most London Bound services beyond here now operated by Great Northern.

Shame there wasn't more 317s, 6 went for scrap in 3 days though so they're being withdrawn fast. Nice video though with the double GX 387 Sets :)

The Greater Anglia Class 720s are very nice trains and I have been on them many times. Mainly to Southend Victoria, London Liverpool Street and Shenfield. And I think that Great Northern are inheriting the Class 379 Electrostars from Greater Anglia.
