I just use a straw and syringe to add water through the side. Thus far, I've seen on a blog that humidity problems do occur. The owner of the blog recommended to dry test a small batch for the 21 day period. For me:; My humidity fluctuates. I added roughly 4 syringes of water and the humidity rose from around 47 to 58 been around the 53-58 range for the past 8hours. Aiming for 55 humidity with temperature of 38.1 Celsius. I will get the syringe measurement and post back here. Note that my incubator is housed in a Styrofoam box to help with heat management. I'm actually experience a lot of heat drops. Usually from 38 to 37, maybe 36.

For me, the incubator came at 35 Celsius with Humidity of 50. But your settings would depend on the egg you are hatching. I'm from the Caribbean by the way. Temperatures might vary.

This may help from the manual which is a little difficult to understand. I don't believe there is a high / low setting for humidy, just one setting. If I discover differently I will try to update this note. @@AtifAli-yx6bm would probably be better fully turning them your self as these only turn about 45 degrees... i made my own incubator before and got better hatch rates than using this... but i didnt turn them my self but that was quail eggs i used im going to try some silkies and other bantams soon in this one see how it goes turning them my self...

Default is 1C , to change it: Hold the Settings button down for three seconds then you will want to go to the AH menu selection from there you will want to move the numbers up to your desired HIGH temp threshold. And repeat the process for your Low temp in the AL menu selection

I have this Chinese incubator with two layers. The problem is humidity level is between 73 and 75. I lost a lot of bird babies cos they couldn’t come out of the egg shell which I guess was because of too much humidity level. It should be lower than 60%. Anyone help me please to set the humidity level. I followed the user Guide instructions but I didn’t work. Thank in advance.
Reksmey Ok so from researching I have done is low humidity around 50 to 60 % and in the final stages of incubating day 18 and on till hatching around 70 to 80% this helps soften the egg shell for the chics to break out of there shells. Best to do your own homework my info is only a guide probably not correct but giving you an idea to give you some help I hope.

This is crap, I have one of it and I never had good results, from 48 good eggs you can get 15 chicks if you are lucky. I have to investigate, but I believe that the temperature on the sides is lower than in the middle
Well are you sure all the eggs were fertile? You dont get chicks from every egg unless you are 100% sure the rooster has mated with all the chickens before the egg was laid.... if any eggs hatch, that means the machine worked just fine. Just means the rest of the eggs werent fertile.
@@allaraaver8432 only 5 eggs of 48 wasn't fertile, the rest had dead chicks inside. I think that the temperature in the center is OK but a bit colder on the sides. I have only 13 chicks but I'm happy. At this time I have another 48 eggs in it but this time I insulated the bottom and sides. I wish I can upload a video to show you

They are dead 💀. You can check your 🥚 with a good flashlight after six days you can see the veins inside the shell.

Nandagopan Jeyasundra - my temperature in the display is defective it used to go up to 38 in 10 mins. But now it is not going beyond 33.6 / 33.8. My 38 eggs got wasted recently.

No 2 times a day but not on the last 3 days stop turning them at this point in stage of time they are positioned to hatch.
same here I watched videos about turning time and it says 4-6x a day,but this incubator has 2hrs interval..can it affect the egg?
My incubator beeps even when it has 55 humidity and 37.5 temperature... same incubator as yours here.. pls help

how do we adjust humidity
Default is 1C , to change it: Hold the Settings button down for three seconds then you will want to go to the AH menu selection from there you will want to move the numbers up to your desired HIGH temp threshold. And repeat the process for your Low temp in the AL menu selection

I have this Chinese incubator with two layers. The problem is humidity level is between 73 and 75. I lost a lot of bird babies cos they couldn’t come out of the egg shell which I guess was because of too much humidity level. It should be lower than 60%. Anyone help me please to set the humidity level. I followed the user Guide instructions but I didn’t work. Thank in advance.
Reksmey Ok so from researching I have done is low humidity around 50 to 60 % and in the final stages of incubating day 18 and on till hatching around 70 to 80% this helps soften the egg shell for the chics to break out of there shells. Best to do your own homework my info is only a guide probably not correct but giving you an idea to give you some help I hope.

hello first I did this machine I first gave a space with the paper of the machine by the uct and the humidity 55 I found 37.7 at this temperature I have set this exact solution machine normally 38.2 temperature with this negative second if the moisture content of a bolumude full of 65 I find what I do This is because the air wave from the top of this machine cannot be fully removed and there will be no problem.

I haven't had any luck with it no hatch @ all the humidity is @ 65 70 temperature is @38.1 i dont know why

This is crap, I have one of it and I never had good results, from 48 good eggs you can get 15 chicks if you are lucky. I have to investigate, but I believe that the temperature on the sides is lower than in the middle
Well are you sure all the eggs were fertile? You dont get chicks from every egg unless you are 100% sure the rooster has mated with all the chickens before the egg was laid.... if any eggs hatch, that means the machine worked just fine. Just means the rest of the eggs werent fertile.
@@allaraaver8432 only 5 eggs of 48 wasn't fertile, the rest had dead chicks inside. I think that the temperature in the center is OK but a bit colder on the sides. I have only 13 chicks but I'm happy. At this time I have another 48 eggs in it but this time I insulated the bottom and sides. I wish I can upload a video to show you
@@mandelman4518 it iss this is a crapp incubator i had best results with my janoel 12 bestt incubator for good results i had bought shipped eggs off ebay and 6 hatched out of 12 so 50%hatched i was pretty suprised for shipped eggs but thiss here noo the eggs on the side feel colder but the middle kinda warmm
I actually am now starting off on this. Was given this incubator to run some trail 'common' flow eggs. Fortunately, I placed my eggs in the center. Not sure what made me do it but thankfully your comment gave me some minor motivation.
