Not sure what the best time of year is but most people I hear talk about it seem to lean towards spring right before they start bedding up. I have plenty of time to plan, I just want to do it right. Great video. Can you do a video of how to find fish out there? It's such a big lake, no clue how or what I should be looking for. 5hrs yesterday and 1 smallie. Going shallow by shore I can catch largemouth, but lost trying to find smallmouth offshore.

That’s basically what we throw when we come up there to fish. My buddy didn’t throw a spinnerbait there in the past. He’d not had much luck with it. Then my second trip up I broke one out and I was smashing them with it. Now there’s one tied on one of his rods all the time.
