Because you gotta use the HDMI one that’s hooked up to your tv gotta take that one out and hook it up to the one to your elgato and i guess play on your computer?
Try plugging the USB cable in ur laptop or pc into a different port. Did that for mine and it worked

This does help but there could’ve been a bit more effort by including more explanation on how to do this, for example, how to download the software and how to use it (settings)

make sure youre using the correct elgato slot for your streamlabs capture card imput list

When I record a 3 min video... I select, "upload to TH-cam" then it only uploads 30 seconds... I have one TH-cam video up which is kinda an example of this, that video was actually originally 30 seconds long but it ended up showing a video that was 9 seconds long, how do I fix this???

I got problems with my HD60S it won't connect to my pc it keeps saying no record device on the elgato software and also i connected the usb c to a usb 2.0 because i don't have a usb 3.0 is that maybe the problem?
Avenged Flipping Panda you NEED USB 3.0 or else it won't work. You can use the original HD60, which has USB 2.0

Question. I hooked the HD60 S up as shown in this video, however when I take the USB-C cable out of my laptop, I suddenly get a "No Signal" screen on my TV. Does the HD60 S have to stay plugged in at all times, even when I don't want to stream or record, just wanting to play games regularly?

I tried it that way and I basically only say my XBOX on screen. I have to plug the out HDMI into the computer HDMI then run a digital cable (White Interface Monitor) into the screen.
I didn't receive any cables in my box? Got this from Amazon uk.

If my computer isn't the strongest will the footage still record just I can't view in realtime efficiently or will the footage come in a lesser than 1080 quality as a result.
I'm only looking for post recording editing and viewing so I could careless if it took even an hour to become available so long as it's 1080p recording.
How long is the USB-C cord that comes out of the box?
So is it recording the pc video or the Xbox video if that makes sense

Hey, I have a question. I'm using an HD 60 on an Xbox One. Once I plug everything in, my TV no longer emits any audio. The audio now only comes through my computer. Is that how its supposed to be? It makes it super jarring to hear whats happening in game through my tiny computer speakers with a 1 to 2 second delay.

Whenever I'm finished recording there is no audio whatsoever. The audio just isn't being recorded, but while I'm recording the sound is shown as being picked up and i can hear the audio from the Elgato . Any help ?

You must have needed that audio split cable because you had your headphones connected to the remote
