Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts is the latest game in the Banjo-Kazooie series, taking place eight years after the events of Banjo-Tooie. It was announced at Microsoft's X06 in 2006 at Barcelona, Spain and was released on November 11, 2008.[1] Before the name was finalized, the game was commonly referred to by fans as Banjo-Threeie. It is the first game published in the series that is unaffiliated with Nintendo, as it is exclusive to the Xbox 360. Many fans were disappointed with the game, as the gameplay features next to no relation to the original two games.

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts wasn't a bad game. It just wasn't the right game for the franchise.
I think that if it came out today. People would love it.
I agree completely. If this was just another game not connected to any IP it would be a good game in its own right. But it has its place for sure in that diddy Kong racing or even a game like halo wars using known characters with a different game scheme altogether. I love this game
If they'd made Threeie at that time, in 2008, then released this a couple years later, people would probably be fine with it.

Thanks for documenting some of the glitches using a better capture than I did in 2008! I did not know about assembling long vehicles without a modded starter.
I’m replaying nuts and bolts lately and I learned so much from this, I knew about the showdown town map glitch but I’ve only done it by accident in other places

You lost a pet, too? At the end of November, my family had to end the life of our dog due to cancer. It's pretty sad, but my mother was the most upset.

I also got one of the mumbo crates in the towers of Showdown Town to go through the wall once, that was totally unexpected.
I also fell through into space in the terrarium using a super super fast vehicle, had a friend over at the time, he laughed when it happened.
We’re only 3 days in the new year and it already sucks. RIP Falcor, you will be missed by us all.

As always on these vids, I like to remind everyone that I was the initial person who found out how to replicate the RC glitch while a fellow named WERT AC was the initial discoverer of it (though he had no idea at the time how he did it)

there is a few more awesome things from this game that you'd be amiss not to mention, such as the different "engines" (plasma/impulse,etc) as well as the amazing creations, from actual multipart multiplayer vehicles to walking mechs.

Can't believe that falcor, a great bearded dragon passed away in before what is supposed to be a very happy month!!!!! And you did this for him, he always wanted you to do this, and now you are.
I can explain the box floating above the trolly when the level reloads. when the trolly is on it's side lying next to the box, the box is not actually on the bed of the trolly, but is still in the hit box that extends above the bed of the trolly. When you load into another level the game corrects the horizontal access of the trolly which it does because the game has to compensate for a differentiation in the ground be fore the load and after, it assumes the box just caught some air and lets it fall into the trolly

I don't think banjo kazooie nuts & bolts is the worst game. its just completely different to the original games but it's still a great game.

This game is actually much better than most give it credit for and my personal favourite in the series
I'd really like to play Nuts and Bolts, just to see for myself what the game is like, even though people say it's killed the franchise with a car builder game. I can't ever imagine this is what they even wanted for Banjo-Threeie, instead of being all about cars and building them, they should of kept it true to its origins as an adventure platformer game. There was so much good with Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie way back on N64 days, it was a perfect adventure platformer game. It was a wasted opportunity to keep the series going and true to its origins, and having various movesets you could do.
One of my most favorites about the original Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie was things like Talot Trot, shootout eggs or fart them out, choose different eggs to shoot such as Fire Eggs, Ice Eggs, Grenade Eggs, Clockwork Kazooie Eggs. Moves like Beak Drill was pretty good addition to the moves in Banjo-Tooie, as well as introducing new shoe abilities such as the Spring Shoes and the Sucker Shoes that lets you climb walls. Plus best of all you had transformations to become other things, like the T-Rex in Tooie, where you could be either a small or big T-Rex, or Stony Banjo to play those soccer ball mini-games in Mayahem Temple, and Hail-Fire Peaks the Fire Side. Kazooie could even be turned into a egg shooting gun during certain mini-games where it's all first person mode, they even built a multiplayer around it to be similar to Goldeneye 007.

You forgot one glitch in Terrarium Of Terror, a way to make an underwater illusion of the level when even not in water, I ran into this unexpectively once during Play.
The super super long vehicle was very cool, you could never make one that long in Mumbo’s Motors.

1:45 i remember doing this glitch bacl when i was 5 back in 2008 i was messing around with the green slopes in showdown town i didnt have the grip wheels so i kept scrweing around with it and did it bit it took a little over 30 minutes to do but holy heck ive never seen it done since then
I like this game
he wasn't saying he didn't like it. he was saying it was the worst in the series. die hard fans agree. as it went against the concept of the whole series and ruined it for them with the stupid cars... the game series wasn't supposed to be focused on cars. we never got that banjo threeie and are still waiting 20 years later
