Would be great to see your street cams on this spec. It might be good for bigger torq on higher revs = more hp. I think better way is to maximize result from single turbo setup, and only after that go to compound.
dont be fooled...they have 200nm on 2000rpm, stock car have 350nm on 2000rpm...this ghaph here shows very clearly that those mods doesnt work and after a week of daily using u will want to burn up that car

@@yannicg Man, you probably haven't watched the previous videos that clearly showed that this turbine does not give pressure with the stock exhaust, and without the exhaust it gives pressure, but does not spin at all from the low rpms, and they had the exact same graph...It's not about porting, because it's not a naturally aspirated engine, you're confusing something. Anyway, this config doesn't work in the city at all 🤷🏻
@@СтрогийКот i have not watched that video, i only saw the one were they took the head off and this one, anyways the porting does do something at higher rpm on turbo engines, but in either way it worsens the efficiency at lower rpm. In general as soon as you start changing parts that increase flow you worsen low rom performance and the car becomes pretty inefficient in the city so if you start putting bigger turbos or put cams in i would say its a stretch to call it a daily
@@yannicg man, porting doesn't reduce efficiency at the bottom if you have a turbine... I have a friend who is engaged in porting in Detroit every day, another one in Samara (Russia), they do not increase the channels there by 5 times, but just smooth out the corners and make the channels smoother ... What does porting have to do with it at all, if they don't have this turbine blowing from below, both with and without porting? And I myself produce custom high-performance intercoolers in Estonia for these w211 and w219. In Samara, the guys make porting for atmospheric engines and there are absolutely no problems at the bottom...
Kyllä kun sinne viitsisi tässä välissä kokeilla pakoputkea jollain 3,25-3,5” dp:llä ja loppu 3” luulen että saadaan n. 10-15hv lisää ja sen ero olisi hyvä nyt todistaa tässä välissä. Nokka-akselit olisi kans seuraava hyvä muutos ennen vaihtamista compound-setuppiin. Näkee todelliset ennen kuin aletaan vain väkisin tuuppaamaan ilmaa tuonne kattilaan ja lopputulos on selvä jos ei tehdä ilmanvirtausta parantavia tekoja ennen sitä.
Katsotaan josko kokeillaan nokilla vai hypätäänkö suoraan compoundisettiin. Siihen toki tulee sitten rajummat nokat samalla. Rajallisesti aikaa ja paljon projekteja tulossa, niin pitää tämäkin saada jossain kohtaa maaliin😄

I’ve been watching these videos on the e320 diesel and I’ve also watched some other videos on the S55. What’s your guys’ reasons for tuning the turbo diesels as opposed to the supercharged gas engines? I like both and would buy a used one of each and tune both. I love the sound of the supercharger and I love the monster torque that can be harnessed from the diesel’s.

Ihan mielenkiinnosta kyselen, mutta onko 1.6 voimaan astunut uusi päästölaki vaikuttanut teidän bisnekseen mitenkä? Moni optimointi ja tuunaus kauppa lopettanut toimintansa koska nyt vastuu siirtynyt kuluttajalta yritykselle. Täytyy siis ohjelmoinnin lisäksi kustantaa tuo muutoskatsastus päästöjen vuoksi. Jos tätä ei tehdä voi napsahtaa mukavan kokoinen sakko. Myöskin joku pykälä tullut tuon "ei tieliikenne käyttö" merkinnän päälle, eli ei saisi tälläkään merkinnällä kukuttajalle myydä ohjelmointia, ilman muutoskatsastusta. Ja jos kyseinen auto päätyykin tieliikenne käyttöön saa yritys joka ohjelmoinnin toteutti sakot tästä vaikka se olisi myyty kuluttajalle "ei tieliikenne käyttöön" merkinnällä. Toki poliisilla ei vielä laitteistoa millä testata autoa tieliikenteessä, ja saattaa vuosia kulua ennen tätä tekniikkaa. The Norwegian Tuner for you TD Builds wont map a ecm/ecu without the car. 1 shop in norway. drive 1000km no way! not impressed. i got a 2004 270 5 cyl diesel. i want the fkn power! :-)

Im looking for solution for my car, but your product caused me a lot of questions...in one of your previous videos u showed, that HX35 doesnt want to make more than 2BAR boost with stock exhaust, and making 3BAR only without exhaust...now u are showing us that 3BAR graph and telling its with all stock exhaust...so where is the truth? Also i see here 200NM on 2000RPM, and this is TERRIBLE for a daily driver, because fully stock car have 350NM on 2000RPM...it makes your solution absolutely unuseful in real life... Would be great to get answers and that 200NM bug fix in next video...if its possible at all.
The low end torque depends on how we set the dyno brake. On last pulls we tried to start later so there is no braking from the hub dyno at 2000rpm. You can see from the other graphs in this video that there is more torque when we apply the brake earlier. What video you mean with that 2bar boost? We can check that out also and see if there is some translation error because of our rally-english😆
@@turbodieselbuilds Here in this video "HX35 Turbo upgrade on the sleeper diesel daily driver" 40:40 eatly spool with downpipe - 2bar max and very late spool without exhaust - 3, 5 bar max. We also have your stock car, stage1 and hybrid turbo graphs...so there is what to compare with...all graphs have early torque except HX35...There are no fantasies or inventions here, all information is taken only from your videos. BTW what is your HX35 housing size?
@@СтрогийКот Yup we have also answer to that. Wastegate flap rod was not connected because the pin was gone missing. So it worked fine with stock exhaust when there is backpressure with it. Without downpipe the flap was fully open so of course it wont boost. We put new pin to latest bench test when we noticed it was missing and when we also removed catalysator. Our mistake we didn't mention that on our next film, but as you can see from our latest video we have been absolutely busy with our s123 project and all of our effort has been towards that car😄 Soon coming more daily driver clips. Come to Finland and test that car on road, I can guarantee it spools and pulls nicely with small 12cm exhaust housing😁

Tässä nimenomaan kokeiltiin rajoja ettei muiden tarvi, saa sen savuttomaksi säädettyä toki katukäyttöön😁 Tuolla 12 pesällä hx35 rupeaa joo kierroksilla ahdistamaan, mutta ei siellä ollut pakopainetta vielä kuin kilon päälle ahtojen.
Nää vesselithän on muutes ottanut jo noin 800hepoa tuosta koneesta..aika hyvin jo ilman perusasioitten tuntemista..eikös..😂,toisekseen niinkuin varmaan hoksit niin tässähän mennään rallienkulla pitkälti jenkkien takia..ja ne tykkää kun näkee savua.ja silloin kauppa käy..ja kun kauppa käy niin homma jatkuu.. Laita ihmeessä hakemus vetään Teemulle..tiiä vaikka pääset näyttään miten homma oikeesti tehdään.. 😁😄
Varmasti likelle samat lukemat. Tässä kokeiltiin rajoja ja silloin sitä ei suotta aleta ohjelmasta savua rajaamaan vaan kokeillaan mitä vehkeet kestää🤗

Hmm we just always have been making diesel engines and that's kind of our thing and what we are used to do.

One of the hydraulic lifters was empty of oil. It started to run great after idling for a while😁
Full 3"inch exhaust and the power and torque will shoot up and smoke will reduce along with egt and emp
We tried without the downpipe but not big difference. The turbo is now the bottleneck in this setup

Ylimääräisellä polttoaineella sylinterissä on yksi hyvä asia ja miksi juuri kans pullinginkoneet savuttaa on se että se jäähdyttää.
