I love it!! Most phones nowadays have zoom to fill function, but nothing feels right, they always cropped the video in awkward places.
But this fits perfectly! Absolutely loving it!
Being a full back, I needed this.
Never was the fastest on the team, hopefully
I improve by the preseason!!
Hopefully you"ll get it pro.
I’m full back to
From another fullback whose heavy and tall which affected my speed and stamina do this and also boxing +padwork) took me to a different level..breezed through sprints with no heavy breathing and a clear mind
@@ahmadkamal2215boxing is ridiculous. I get gassed after 30 seconds of bagwork and have been running all my life.
@@scoobydoo7275 thats why it helps boxing is the most intense i would recomend starting with shadow boxing till u can do boxing

Very entertaining and informative!
Bro thx so much, as a midfielder i needed this more than anything since midfielder is the player who is attacking when the ball is on attack and defending when balls on defense
As an aggressive CB, this would help me a lot for those intense tackles.
Thanks, man, for the advice!
I love how will is still funny when he is talking serious😂
JOHN NEVER DISSAPOINT 💪
As a striker, stamina is my biggest problem, i could score 4 goals in 40 mins then say sayonnara and be gone for the entire game. its the biggest pain i have.if i could just play for the entire 90 minutes, then id have so many goals. but i just cant get it through. ive realised its definetly my dietery problems. sugary drinks to be precise
Just go run
My pre season is starting in two weeks and i got a groin injury, so no running for a while for me unfortunatily… Perfect timing for this vid to be posted!
Then there was me who pushed through the injury my whole pre season
@@gifted5468and got injured even worse

I am you new subscriber
just so I got it right: breath in deep, breath out completely and then hold for 30 secs?
Meditation is a gift to the world from our country 🇮🇳
At the end everyone is coming and started talking about Indian ancient techniques
Please make a video on how to receive long ball in pressure specially for CM
Practice your first-touch. That's really it. You can simulate controlling a mid-air ball via juggling or with a tall rebounding surface.
@@CognizantCheddar ok... Thanks bro
Hello unisport I'm your subscriber ,my question is that in soccer small height can player professional soccer
Thanks for the vid. When you say, breathing though the nose, do we have to the focus on that during match day or maybe this could be part of a "workout" for our stamina ? Because in a middle of a match, you surely breathe with your mouth in order to quickly recover.
Sorry for my english, this is not my native language ^^
Don't breathe with mouth even in games, it'll give you relief for a second but then pain you for the rest of the match. Breathe in and out with nose
@@Knowledge-ce1rc Yeah i know what you mean. Tbh it's kinda hard tho. It might take me a long time before getting used to it ^^
@@stephanodibennardo8950 always think about breathing in and out through your nose and it will become natural for you, whatever you do, breath through your nose. By my own experience I can tell you you will feel much better

AS an Introvert with social anxiety and women anxiety....
I do breathing exercises ....that really calms me down
How old are you?
Brooooo you finally did a no look crossbar and you didn"t seem all that excited😭😭
Because he said he was trying for the 'upper 90' - [top corner] without looking.
I always figured my stamina was mostly cuz of my nutrition but I need like a guide like on what to eat cuz my parents just whatever and I tell them to cook something more healthier but our food is very unhealthy and they sometimes do it but other times they don’t and it kills me cuz I want to not only lose a little more weight but to earn muscle and I train but I am still gaining more weight but its like I am bulking without trying and I don’t want that
I also try to eat less of what is bad and eat more of what is good when my parents cook but I need a nutrition for me cuz not only that I always feel heavy whenever I play but not only that and when I don’t eat as much I feel light but weak and tired
can you unlock this so I add to playlists please.
no pain no gain man
No one will notice that crossbar
When carrying out breath work exercise how long are each individual inhaling-exhaling? Why do you hold your breath after final exhalation after 30s?
He didn't explain it very well, and at one point I think he meant to say 'inhale' but said 'exhale' instead.
My best guess:
- step 1: breath normally, calmly for 30 seconds, through your nose
- step 2: at the end of that 30 seconds, _inhale_ deeply, and hold that air in your lungs for 30 to 60 seconds (i.e. if you can't do 60, do 30)
- return to step 1
I assume the point is to train and improve your lung capacity.
@@CognizantCheddarhow many reps

Ima simple lad. I see will John with the no look magic I hit like 😂🎉❤
Can I dribble an opponent 1v1 as a winger to just push the ball to the right or to the left keeping the ball close to me at 90 degrees ? because when we make a 90 degree cut the defender cannot take the ball no and therefore I can dribble it and eliminate it no ?
Yes
Dont spill Karlovačko beer pls hahahah

From india 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Bro is Rüdiger
This method is known as Pranayam
Can anyone explain that breathwork? I didnt get that..
which is better for breathwork?
with stomach or chest?
Chest
This technique is known as kapalbhathi pranayama in Indian Yoga.
Natural Honey cane also increase stamina
Is eating beans and bread good for football players in academy? I eat this every morning as breakfast
Beans are good. Processed white bread is not good. Whole-grain bread is good (note: _not_ "multi-grain," that's a marketing gimmick).
Beans and whole-grain bread are good sources of complex carbs and protein, which provide *sustained* energy and support muscle synthesis. You want to avoid processed white bread because it's all simple carbs, which digest too quickly and put you at risk of experiencing an energy crash. This is also why the video tells you to avoid unnecessary sugars, which are simple carbs.
real ones know this is re uploaded
Karlovacko??
