Will a W-2 classify as a document you can use to show you have the means to support your beneficiary accordingly instead of the tax returns since basically the same thing your tax return will have on it your W-2 will as well
In regards to the beneficiary that brings the form to visa interview - Is it crucial to also accompany the declaration with proof of income like paystubs, tax return, & bank statement. Thank you for sharing great details to understand
@@SurajandYasmin The problem with the list on the instructions for the form is that they are unnecessarily vague - they say 'any of the documents listed that apply'. It's obvious that you don't need a list of all the serial numbers of your bonds if you don't own any bonds, but the other items are not so straightforward. What if you were unemployed and under the poverty limit for the previous year tax period? I am employed now in 2024 and can provide pay stubs and a letter from my employer stating my salary. However 2024 taxes aren't even due yet. What can I do in this case?
I just graduated college and wasn’t able to work much and make much money as a student. I was told I could get a joint sponsor who can fill out the I-134 and provide all of his evidence along with mine.
Is there allows to be 2 financial sponsors because I just started working this year $1440 a month and roughly $200 or something with SSI, am I allowed to have both me and my mom sponsor the financial? Or can it only be 1, I don’t have any tax papers or anything like that, so I fear they might reject her at the interview because I’ve heard some places reject people for having a joint sponsor.
Hi, I filled out the form pretty much the same way as you did. I put NA for the beneficiaries signature. She said she has to sign. I thought she didn't have to. Does she?
If you're the petitioner and filled out the form, then she doesn't have to sign it. I believe it only said for the beneficiary to sign if they filled it out by themselves
@S.Y_K1VisaJourney that was my understanding too, but someone she knows said they filled it out; idk. I told her to watch this video again lol. Thank you!!!
Hi.. i just want to ask about the beneficiary dependent, i mean does my fiance still need to put my 3 kids as dependents even the application is only me my kids not yet included in the visa processed? I am sorry i am confused
Hi, Part 4 says if beneficiary filled the form the information should be filled and the beneficiary needs to sign. Do we need to write N/A there if petitioner is filling the form? Or do beneficiary still needs to sign the form?
Hello! For the bank statements, my bank won’t create a letter indicating date account opened and total number of deposits and balance. They would only give me the normal monthly bank statements. Would that be enough?
Thank you; your video helped me so much. I got NOA 2, and my fiance's brother wants to sponsor him for financial support. Is there another form to fill out? I don't know what to do. Please help me. thank you!
This may be a super stupid question 😅 but is the employer’s address the home address of your employer, or is it the address of the physical building in which you work?
So I have a couple questions regarding the support for evidence at 13:54. 1.) The total amount deposited within the last year, are they wanting to see the last income you've received from your job? Which would be the last week of December, right? 2.) It states the date and nature of employment. Does that mean my employer has to print out pages of my job history and my job responsibilities? I'm a bit confused regarding what that means. 3.) Afterwards you then state that they need a statement from your employer regarding your pay and such. Does the employer have to type out a statement or is this something that you'd be able to access online through a work portal or something? It also mentions salary pay but not hourly pay. How do we state that we're getting paid by the hour and not salary?
great video if petitioner have family so the petitioner should fill out their family members in the form i-134 ? if yes what part and number ? thank you in advance?
Hi. My fiance will include his house ,cars and antiques does he need proof that he owns the house and cars.how about the antiques? And also what if he has cash would it be okay if he includes it. ?
Hello I received Package #4 from the US Embassy in my country El Salvador and in the instructions where it says Financial Documents it says I-864 form no where in tose instructions says I-134 form and I am doing a K1-Visa what should I do? since for K1 Visa is the I-134 form
I would inquire with your embassy as to what is required. But for the K1 process it is form I-134. You only fill out Form I-864 when filing for Adjustment of Status as far as I'm aware. I hope that helps :)
On line 21, My lawyer had selected I do NOT intend to make SPECIFIC contributions to support beneficiary. She explained that is because for K1 we are getting married there is nothing specific that needs to be divided and explained shes to be my wife, you should not expect to only support fiancee until they can support themself as you will be one. Also, income should exactly match your previous years tax returns.
I think it depends on the embassy to an extent. Apparently the US embassy in London, UK has rejected I-134s where the 'do not intend' box was checked. They like you to make a statement similar to the one in this video, and put your current income as the amount. I'm very confused about your lawyer telling you to use your previous year's tax return as the figure for your income. Your current income might be be substantially different to the one on your previous years tax returns, so it wouldn't make sense to use the old amount, especially if you are making more money now. I agree that the 'specific contributions' wording doesn't really make sense, but the whole form is worded really awkwardly.
hi thank you for this just a quick question for #14 Income Contribution to the beneficiary is that my fiance's Annual Income - gross income? Or taxed income?
Hello Miss Yasmin. Thanks for the helpful tutorial.🙏🙏So just a question regarding the figure amount you put for the income? Which year exactly year does the need.?🥰🥰

Hello, I am trying to fill out my I-134F, but I am missing my alien registration number that should have been written on my noa2. Is there any other way? Thanks in advanced!
Hi, thank you for sharing. But I have a question about the part of Financial Information number 14. How can I explain to my petitioner the "Income Contribution to the Beneficiary Annually"? Is it asking how much is the total income annually of the beneficiary (me) currently receiving and estimates receiving for the next 12 months from my petitioner? He's so confused about that. He put zero.
Here's the official link to the form www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-134.pdf I highly suggest printing it out and filling it out by hand as it's a lot easier than trying it fill it out on a computer : )
If my fiance doesn't meet the 100%poverty guidelines, and his dad is willing to file for him, does my fiance's dad need to file a separate one or do we only need one? Thanks!!
What a clear information you had provided. I had questions about financial Declaration, I had my total income of $21000 a year from past few year with 1 dependent child but i have more than $90000 in my account with some assets as well. Should I need find a co-sponsher form for my Fiance or not for the interview?

hello, i have a concern about my contribution on this form, i am helping a friend to be a support his wife , on getting this visa, but on the finance questions i am confused since they will be living together on their home , i am just a plus help in case my friend income is not enough. the form is asking the amount of $$ or any other contribution on my part . what would that be. ? any help will be appreciated.
If I have a Son that doesn’t live with me but lives with his mom but I also split claiming him on taxes would I put him down as an independent or no on the financial information?
Great vid I assume the process can be started if petitioner is unemployed, but should be employed for reasonable time when the interview comes? All these must be submitted in the original, so they must be Fedex to the beneficiary before interview?

Your current income might be be substantially different to the one on your previous years tax returns, so it wouldn't make sense to use the old amount, especially if you are making more money now.
I agree that the 'specific contributions' wording doesn't really make sense, but the whole form is worded really awkwardly.
hi thank you for this just a quick question for #14 Income Contribution to the beneficiary is that my fiance's Annual Income - gross income? Or taxed income?
We put our gross income before tax.
@@SurajandYasmin noted.. thank you very much 🥰 Love watching your videos very helpful for us with the same journey! 🥰
Thank you so much for the detailed information 😊
you would need bank statement right ?? ...is it the one monthly we got from our account ??
Also, I have done four successful visa applications and in each one I said I do NOT intend to make specific contributions.....
Shoud I still fill out the assets section If I already meet the Income requirements?
I have the same question too. I've been watching a lot of videos for that question specifically. I make 4x the amount of what is needed.
Hello Miss Yasmin. Thanks for the helpful tutorial.🙏🙏So just a question regarding the figure amount you put for the income? Which year exactly year does the need.?🥰🥰
Hey there, given that the I-129F has to be mailed out, as opposed to using a pen (Which gives room for errors) to fill out the information, I see you were able to fill out your sample online. Do you mind sharing what editor tool you use?... thanks in advance!
We used the preview app on Mac
How did you assemble your proof of relationship for the i-129f application? could you show us an example of what you did?
Sure! We can upload our visa packet! : )
Hello,
I am trying to fill out my I-134F, but I am missing my alien registration number that should have been written on my noa2. Is there any other way? Thanks in advanced!
It should be on the NOA2. You'll need your alien registration number
Hello is where can I download the I-134 form the one in the website is locked is thier a unlocked version I can use please help me.😢
Here's the official link to the form www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-134.pdf
I highly suggest printing it out and filling it out by hand as it's a lot easier than trying it fill it out on a computer : )
Quick question is it 100% to meet poverty guidelines or 125%. Im a little confused with the active military duty part. Thank you!
For the K1 its 100% ...when you enter the US and apply for adjustment of status it's 125%
@@SurajandYasmin thank you!
If my fiance doesn't meet the 100%poverty guidelines, and his dad is willing to file for him, does my fiance's dad need to file a separate one or do we only need one? Thanks!!
What if my fiancés address is too long and I can't fit anymore in the spot? it shows lots of space but I can't type any further
You can print out the page and fill it out by hand or you can use the additional information section on the form
which form should i write if i have a joint sponser??
Or what if someone else is going to provide proof of support? I'd like to know this too
Can you make a video about a joint sponsor for a k 1 visa
Yes we can try to : )
@@SurajandYasmin thank you so much
@@SurajandYasmin yes please do it
I cant fit my fiancé's address in the box and her full name in the assets box. How do i got about doing this?
You can put it in the additional information page/section :)
What a clear information you had provided. I had questions about financial Declaration, I had my total income of $21000 a year from past few year with 1 dependent child but i have more than $90000 in my account with some assets as well. Should I need find a co-sponsher form for my Fiance or not for the interview?
curious about this too
What PDF Reader are you using because the one that I use I can’t edit certain fields and ask me for a password owner. And THANK YOU for your videos I’ve been following all your steps since the beginning
We used the preview app which comes with a MacBook. But you can always print out the form and fill out certain fields by hand that you can't type out.
Can you upload videos of your K-1 change of status process after your fiancé arrives in the U.S.?
YES!
@@SurajandYasmin I can't find your videos on the change of status after the K-1 journey. Can you share the link with me?
hello, i have a concern about my contribution on this form, i am helping a friend to be a support his wife , on getting this visa,
but on the finance questions i am confused since they will be living together on their home , i am just a plus help in case my friend income is not enough.
the form is asking the amount of $$ or any other contribution on my part . what would that be. ? any help will be appreciated.
If I have a Son that doesn’t live with me but lives with his mom but I also split claiming him on taxes would I put him down as an independent or no on the financial information?
11:00 can I fill this out for him or must he do something here?
Great vid
I assume the process can be started if petitioner is unemployed, but should be employed for reasonable time when the interview comes?
All these must be submitted in the original, so they must be Fedex to the beneficiary before interview?
