I KKOW this is 2 years old, but if you haven't found the answers yet: So, a bump is the small amount of snuff with which you "snuff/sniff/insufflate,"etc, there are Schmalzers, which are paraffin oil hydrated (vs water) of course, a base flower simply mean that the predominant aroma is that of flowers, as in ones that grow from the gound. A drip, is when your nose runs down the back of your throat, carrying the product in with it (😬 we don't want that!) Hope this helps, my friend! 🙏
I am a smokless tobacco user.. I usually dip and occasionally have loose leaf tobacco.. My workplace (very blue collar) is going "tobacco free" which I think is shit... Your not harming anyone by using smokeless tobacco (its to save on health insurance premiums for the workplace) I have never tried nasel snuff.. but I ordered some to try, I feel I could use it more discreetly in the workplace than I could with my dip.. Ive been a long time smokeless user and dont want to give it up just because my workplace is trying to force us to quit! thank you for the information and insight!

Unfortunately, it's not as available in the US but recently started buying it from mrsnuff. Anyhow, just wanted to compliment you on the vids and say you could really transform it into a show lol. You'd make a great talk show host interviewing people while taking bumps.

One thing also, everybody's nose is different and nicotine tolerance as well. I think its a good idea to try as many different ones as possible to start so you get a feeling for what youre gonna enjoy. Personally, I never liked menthol cigarettes and so I figured Id never want a menthol snuff but I found that I do enjoy some menthols, theyre still not my favorite but I definitely like em more than I thought. I tried JIP! just becasue of this channel and Id say I wouldve really missed out if Id never tried it!

Recently i was pretty stupid and smoked a cigarette after many years of non-smoking. Immediately back to addiction... next day i needed 4 cigarettes in a row to satisfy my cravings in the morning. I will definitely try to get snuffing tobacco like in your video above. That will curb the harmful effects of smoking, i hope. But at the end of the day, tobacco feels pretty nice... i completely forgot how nice it was, lol. I hope i will stay healthy anyways.
If that doesn’t work try the sticks that are just flavor. I’m going down the same path and trying to look for other options. I can’t breathe as good and when I run I hit vapes like an inhaler the hole just gets deeper.

While waiting on my order to come in from mr snuff I made my own snuff. I filled an entire grizzle dip can with a dry snuff. Medium fine grind. I used a cheap pipe tabacco ground it very fine. Then I took salt and baking soda ground those with the tabacco. I'd look up the mixture. Tons of info on making it your self. I will say I dknt have any nasal snuff experience but it ain't bad. I made it with the gambler regular pipe tabacco. Has a prune smell lol.

If you are coming to snuff from american cigarettes and need a bit of nicotine but want something that pinches lovely, the Snuv line from MR Snuff is a good place to start. Pinches nicely, paddles well, i love the nutty ella and nutty joe. Under no circumstances should you try SNUV Reaper (ask me how i know). My first ( because i knew no better) was a scotch...WOS irish 22. I almost quit snuff right there. Luckily, the scent of it was sooo good i had to have more. Now, i still dont care for the dryness of scotches but i keep one on hand (in a snuff bullett as i find that helps me take scotches) for that awesome scent. If i had bothered to research first, i might have started with a schmalzler like Poeschl Bayernprise or Bernards doppelferment and bump up to a medicated english snuff like JIP or a moist plain english like a santo domingo

I've made a number of my own snuffs. I've been a pipe smoker for 36 years and found that some of the pipe tobaccos smell great but seem to be absolute crap to smoke. I started there and moved on to fermenting snuffs to change their pH which makes the nicotine more readily available to the blood stream. It's a deep rabbit hole but well worth exploring.
I started snuff 6 years ago when I packed up smoking,I like McChrystal that's a nice snuff,but my fav is gawith hoggarth special M that's a lovely snuff.25g tin last about 8 days,I use a plastic drinking straw cut to 2 half inches to sniff the snuff,tried back of ya hand but not much of a hit,with a straw it hits right back of ya nose,but be careful if you sniff to much the pain is quite bad
I tried snuff many years ago. My friend had some ("from England" as he put it), but it was mixed in with some of that white Peruvian snuff. Needless to say, it was quite enjoyable. It would be interesting to try the real thing on its own, if I could find some.
Great video! If you want to quit smoking/snus or you are a smoker/snus user I would recommend getting something stronger. For example Poschl Red Bull, it is moist (easy to take), very mentholy and decently strong. Toque USA Whiskey & Honey is more on the dry side, no menthol and very strong. Toque Quit! is a nice one to try if you like tobacco flavour. Mr. Snuff has a RUSTY line (SNUV) which contains strong tobacco (rustica) and those should be nice, but they are dry.

Been snuffing for years now but I am still sneezing like a beginner. All types and flavors you can think off. The only key that helped me a bit was to learn that less is sometimes more. I thought I might have to go back and watch some basics. If yall have any tips and tricks for sneezing, feel free to leave them below please.

Hi! Thank you for you work. I'm wondering do you have any ideas to solve problem with clogged nose? I guess i tried everything and i'm always ending with xylometazoline or cloggeg nose forever. I'm not using menthol snuff, trying to take almost clean tobbaco snuffs, also using salty water in my nose, and neti pod. No idea what i can also do, i'm snuff lover and i dont just want to finish with it.
The choice of snuff in the states is a sad sad state. I'm going to have to order from Mr. Snuff.... It looks like shipping doesn't take that long. The only snuff I found in the u.s. aside from Copenhagen snuff is w.e. Garret & sons, sweet & dry. Now you tell me I should have started with moist coarse grind...well FAQ me. I found early on that the pinch doesn't really work for me. I tried using the clip off a pen, and it works perfect for me. But like you said with the dry I tend to get a bit of a drip. Which honestly I don't mind too much. But definitely going to order some other stuff at some point. The tin I got I think was 30 grams... And it so far has lasted me about a month, and it's not even half gone. When I order some I'll be ordering a few of the smaller tins, something I can reasonably carry around in my pocket. I do very much enjoy snuff... I think it's probably my favorite form of tobacco to cigars. Though my primary nicotine habit is still vaping as I used to be a pack a day smoker. @@Number8z a bit clogged up nose might be a marker for you. Plus, you shouldn't let tobacco dry inside the nostrils (unpleasant to clean after). But all in all, experience will come later, you just need a bit of practice.
@@Number8z I hear you. I think, it's natural that tobacco dries out through the time. Maybe moisering your nose before blowing it out will help. Also, try out some wet cotton swabs after blowing your nose to clean nostrils entirely.

About how long does it take for most of nicotine to be absorbed? Would blowing your nose and getting it out say 10 minutes after be a waste of snuff? Like what's a good time frame between sniffing some and most of the nicotine being absorbed.
My two cents on the matter, I know from nicotine pouches that it takes 5 minutes to start to absorb the nicotine through your gums. And I believe the nose has more veins close to the surface to absorb the nicotine. I find it hits in Only a few seconds, and I personally prefer to blow my nose 5 minutes after, but if it's dripping I will wipe my nose, or if my nose is so runny I'll blow it to get more snuff in. That's my take on the matter

Is this stuff basically the same as american snuff except that it's just ground finer?
The stuff I use is a medium grind snuff which isn't ground that finely. Doesn't go down the back of my throat and stays in the nose nicely.

I tried snuff many years ago. My friend had some ("from England" as he put it), but it was mixed in with some of that white Peruvian snuff. Needless to say, it was quite enjoyable. It would be interesting to try the real thing on its own, if I could find some.

If you want to quit smoking/snus or you are a smoker/snus user I would recommend getting something stronger.
For example Poschl Red Bull, it is moist (easy to take), very mentholy and decently strong.
Toque USA Whiskey & Honey is more on the dry side, no menthol and very strong.
Toque Quit! is a nice one to try if you like tobacco flavour.
Mr. Snuff has a RUSTY line (SNUV) which contains strong tobacco (rustica) and those should be nice, but they are dry.
@Just Browsing yep, they are made by Vikas. My tips were for people looking for nicotine content. Those are really strong so people might like them if they really want a strong snuff.
Oh, how good it is to live in Europe/the USA and enjoy a large assortment of snuffs :)

Been snuffing for years now but I am still sneezing like a beginner.

Hi! Thank you for you work. I'm wondering do you have any ideas to solve problem with clogged nose? I guess i tried everything and i'm always ending with xylometazoline or cloggeg nose forever. I'm not using menthol snuff, trying to take almost clean tobbaco snuffs, also using salty water in my nose, and neti pod. No idea what i can also do, i'm snuff lover and i dont just want to finish with it.
Keep hydrated. Drink lots (Lots) of water and hydrated. Use a nasal spray...i use Sterimar Breathe Easy Nasal Spray.

It looks like shipping doesn't take that long. The only snuff I found in the u.s. aside from Copenhagen snuff is w.e. Garret & sons, sweet & dry. Now you tell me I should have started with moist coarse grind...well FAQ me.
I found early on that the pinch doesn't really work for me. I tried using the clip off a pen, and it works perfect for me. But like you said with the dry I tend to get a bit of a drip. Which honestly I don't mind too much. But definitely going to order some other stuff at some point.
The tin I got I think was 30 grams... And it so far has lasted me about a month, and it's not even half gone. When I order some I'll be ordering a few of the smaller tins, something I can reasonably carry around in my pocket.
I do very much enjoy snuff... I think it's probably my favorite form of tobacco to cigars. Though my primary nicotine habit is still vaping as I used to be a pack a day smoker.

@@Number8z a bit clogged up nose might be a marker for you. Plus, you shouldn't let tobacco dry inside the nostrils (unpleasant to clean after). But all in all, experience will come later, you just need a bit of practice.

Maybe moisering your nose before blowing it out will help.
Also, try out some wet cotton swabs after blowing your nose to clean nostrils entirely.

About how long does it take for most of nicotine to be absorbed? Would blowing your nose and getting it out say 10 minutes after be a waste of snuff? Like what's a good time frame between sniffing some and most of the nicotine being absorbed.

My two cents on the matter, I know from nicotine pouches that it takes 5 minutes to start to absorb the nicotine through your gums. And I believe the nose has more veins close to the surface to absorb the nicotine. I find it hits in Only a few seconds, and I personally prefer to blow my nose 5 minutes after, but if it's dripping I will wipe my nose, or if my nose is so runny I'll blow it to get more snuff in.
That's my take on the matter
My experience is if it’s coarse like taxi it’s a longer release so wait about 20min. If it’s a fine grind I find 10 about a good amount of time.
