- Typical Tamil Nadu style More Kuzhambu /Mor Kulambu is a simple recipe which is very refreshing during the summer months . We are making this Kuzhambu with Taro/Colocasia/Arbi . We can also prepare with vegetables like Ladies fingers,Chow-Chow and With Pumpkin.

Ingredients
Butter milk - 600 ml
Taro/Colocasia/Arbi - 400gm
Turmeric powder - 3/4 Tsp
Salt - To Taste
For Grinding
Coconut - 3/4 cup
Ginger - 1 small piece
Green chillies - 4 To 5
Raw rice - 3/4 Tbsp
Split Bengal Gram - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Pepper - 1 Tsp
Cumin - 1 Tsp
For Tempering
Gingerly Oil - 2 Tbsp
Mustard - 1 Tsp
Dry Chillies - 3 no’s
Fenugreek - 1/2 Tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 Tsp
curry leaves - 3 Sprigs
Coriander Leaves - 1 Sprig

Hi sir, I'm always try new recipe by watching this channel. I usually use "chow chow" but today I tried this but "seppangizhangu" spoiled that mor kuzhambu.
You can deep fry the seppankezhangu for 3-4 mins and add.. it ll be divine crispy outside, fleshy inside

How do you clean n maintain those utensils. love to use but cleaning is a hassle so mine just kept bck inside.
U can clean with remaining tamarind waste. Which remaining after extract pulp from tamarind. And also some time I used to clean with lemon waste (peel we get after removing juice). I used to cut the waste peel of lemon n add some salt and mix well n kept it in a jar. We can use that for long time more than 3 to 4 months
