It will be stretchy as long as you stretch the dough every hour. Make sure you are using bread flour as it has yields more gluten that makes dough stretchy
Ms Mai I just make the baguette 15 mins brown and crispy na yung top pero yung bottom nya di Nag brown..but the crispness ng bread ay ok except yung bottom nya 😊😊Tnks adv Baka ma improve ko pa ito...❤️
1/4 tsp, kailangan ang procedure mo sa dough ay yung kagaya ng ginawa ko sa ube cheese pandesal. After mixing the ingredients ay knead and rest forn1 hour then saka iform and iovernight proofing. Then bake sa morning after 8 hrs.

Yes, hindi mo na iikutin ang bread, keep an eye kasi mas madaling maluto sa convection oven. Check kung nag brown na after 18 mins.

Wooden spoon, ito yung per kilo lang na nabibili sa market. I dont use the branded ones sa grocery kasi doble presyo.
