When using this product mix two tubs into a gorilla bucket add a small amount of pva glue blend with a mixer and then trowel into joints then brush off excess
How did you power wash it but not dilute the mixture between the slabs and it doesn’t act like grout because it’s just to diluted if you know what I mean ? Thanks
My builder really struggling with this as have a lot of drops on raised patio and keeps running away 🙈 he’s never used before but rep coming out Monday hopefully to give advice. Watched a lot of videos but think my space is a bit unique as not many sides here 🙈 🤞🏻 I can find someone to finish the job.
Hello Anna, if it's running out of the sides of the joints then you're supposed to simply tape them over with gaffa tape to create a dam, pour the stuff, let it go off then remove the tape. Hope this helps, good luck.
@@mrabuilders6723 appreciate speedy response, builder has gone around with a bit of concrete mix to Butt the joints , easy grout rep hopefully coming on Monday but looks like I need to look for another builder to finish. My builder is 71 and doesn’t want to mess it up at this stage 🙈 sure I’ll find someone 👍🏻
Cheers Brian, appreciate your comment. I've used similar products to this but not this particular one and never in that heat and direct sunlight, but there's no way that, living in England, I'm going to wait for the weather to get worse before I do a job! Have a great day mate.
Hello Jeff, hope you're well mate. Is that a sponge headed thing? The mop, not you! Haha! If so then you certainly can, in fact it'll give the best results. If it's a proper "mop mop" if you no what I mean then it's best you don't, it'll leave marks/lines in your grout. Hope that helps?
Hello Mark, hope you're well. It'll be too loose a mix for a mortar gun. The plunger will pass straight through it and compress the water out of it. That's the problem with mortar guns, the mortar mix has to be absolutely perfect for them to work effectively.
Hello Brian, hope you're well. I have read that too regarding other products but not this particular one. This product has very specific instructions detailing the exact amount of water to use. Now, what the difference is between this product and others, I don't now. Maybe none! So it may very well work being wetter the better but I'm sure you know that as soon as you stray away from the manufacturers specifications then you could be in a world of trouble! Have a great new year mate.

The first time I used that grout, I was shitting myself. I've sinced calmed down, and I've done 110 m2 it was hard work 😊
Mate I feel your squeaky bum...if you pardon the expression!
Very helpful video. How many tubs of Easygrout did you use for that patio or did the 1 tub (3 packs ) cover it and what was its size?
How did you power wash it but not dilute the mixture between the slabs and it doesn’t act like grout because it’s just to diluted if you know what I mean ? Thanks
Great demo.
Would you consider using a mortar gun to fill the joints then the hand squeegee 👍
I love you guys.. porcelain in brum is pour in the tin 😂
Haha! You're right! Cheers mate, hope you're well.
Made it look like hard work .....
It was!

No worries at all. Hope it all goes ok.
Nice job chaps, how long did you wait before you began to pressure was it off pal?
always a squeaky bum time when doing this, looks like a mortar jointing gun might work well with the grout, nice work fellas

@@mrabuilders6723 Sir, what joint gap size did u use 6mm or 10 mm
If memory serves I used 5mm spacers. I'll check and get back to you if I'm wrong.
@@mrabuilders6723 THX SIR i'm finding out so long about spacer size
This is very beautiful size Spacer for format large tile THX
No problem at all.
Can you use a squeegy mop for a final tile clean?

@@mrabuilders6723 Hi mate. Yea, One of those foam folding ones. Use a square one and miss the grout lines.
Wondering if it would be easier using a grouting gun lads

Nice job, can you remember the make and colour of those tiles?
Lol 😂 did I hear you say put in the comments how to pronounce Porcelain 😂😂
Haha! Yes you did! What side of the fence do you reside? "Porcelane", "Porceline" or "Porcelyn"?
@@mrabuilders6723 Porcelyn:
/ˈpɔː.səl.ɪn/
Used it for the first time today it goes off fast and my pressure washer packed in
Oh no! Did it end up ok?

Phew! Nice one mate, well played!
Wouldn't risk the grinder try small wood chisel
No chance! That's far more risky.
You LOOK good! I am writing this a year later, when you look a bit long in the tooth!
What can go wrong fast forward 4 years mins all cracked
Hello Daniel, thank you for watching. Why would that happen?
Cementitious grouts are water permeable and after a few hard winters and freezing cycles grout can crack
I thought I read the wetter the better.
