  • I've been using intervals.icu for some time now and I believe it's the best free tool available to help make you a faster cyclist. You'll need a Strava account and possibly a power meter to get the most out of it.
This is by no means an exhausting tutorial and is more of an introduction of intervals.icu. Check out their about page for details on how to get started - intervals.icu/...

thank you for the great explanation video! just what I needed! 😊
    - Just one question, - how do you get these workouts onto your head unit? I have a Wahoo Bolt v2 and would like to have an option to get it onto the Wahoo...

Awesome video! One feedback: the audio volume seems to be way lower compared to other youtube videos I watch.

In fact I would love to watch a part 2, with perhaps more advanced features

I've just signed but my main sports are running and strength training. Is intervals.icu still ok for this? I didn't realise how cycling based it was.

It's not open source, it's closed source, the source code is not publicly available nor does it have an open source license.

HOW DID YOU CONNCE TYOUR WORKOUT TO ZWIFT?

You HAVE to stress your body a little don't you??? I cant always do separate Z2 and Z4-5 sessions so I sometimes do a little Z5 at the end or in the middle of a LONG Z2 workout. I'm also not cycling but hiking but I dont know if that matters.
