You mean like cutting hours and not letting employees clock in without a manager so when they come in early to get work done that otherwise can't be finished in the time it's needed because it's not really humanly possible they don't get paid. And they also run around wasting time looking for a manager. Or do you mean cutting back on necessary equipment/items that both the customer and employee suffer from. Or do you mean adding work loads to a position that already has a full set of duties so you can eliminate a position while getting the same output.
I don’t think cutting back on necessary equipment will help improving your customers experience of your business. This is generally speaking about how you’re adding value to your business through your products and customer service. Sometimes it might seem overwhelming how to get a great and high quality product. Start with the small things you are able to change today. Then over time you’ll be suprised what you end up with. The same goes with you customer experience. What features can you add that gives a better experience? Start with small tasks and improve one by one.
