You can enter the garden contest and get a lot of value increase on your profit! I did English garden on mine the other day and got 11k in profit extra! All that money spending on outdoor stuff won't go to waste. Then again, seeing your money, you probably don't do it for money haha.
Thanks for the tip. That is a bad habit I have of using cheat codes for money so I can spend more on bigger house early on the gameplay. It all started with The Sims...

Than you :). It actually is a shoe cabinet called Rakun. It comes with the Luxury DLC, and I put two together side by side. I always use these with different purposes.
Hi! I wanted to give some feedback, since I appreciate the reno so much, I am attempting to duplicate it myself! But I ran into some issues! Nothing with your build, of course, but I don't have marble, and I am pretty sure I don't have the windows you used (not to mention anything after the 3minute mark! Lol) so I am hoping you can let me know if the marble is in the Luxury pack? Thanks so much for this inspiring reno :)

If you mean the marble floor and walls form the bathroom, yes, they are from the Luxury DLC and so are the windows I used. I also have the HGTV and Pets DLCs, so some of the items may also be form there.

Hi Luke, a lot of people have been asking me for that. By the time I made this video, I did not have a lot of memory on my computer so I would record parts of the gameplay. I will look into the recordings and see if there is actually more details I cut off. If I find enough, I post a complete video

Thank you, also what is the name of that marble in the bathroom and do I need a dlc for it? If so, is there anything similar from the main game, no dlc, or something from the steam workshop?
What windows did you use?
I used a window called Joshua. It is available with the Luxury DLC.

Hi Luke, yes II skip parts of the video because it would be long for me to record everything. I didn't have a lot of memory on my computer at that time so I didn't record every step. I got an external memory now and my future videos will be longer and more complete. At 2:03 I just skipped placing the windows, but I showed where I put them. I am sorry for it being hard to understand and hopefully if you keep pausing you can see where everything goes. It is a feedback I will take for future videos...

I use a cheat code to increase my money so I can don't worry about money when I am flipping
