Wow a quick and simple video to fix the CPU BS with Naraka? Seriously this is good news. Tried it out and it's a definite boost. Was shocked to see the default numbers in the boot file lol.
Could you explain what is the exact meaning behind those numbers? Or link to a ressources that does? Because these values don't make sense to me, with the little knowledge I have.
From what i understood. All of these increase the 'ceiling' of resources the game can utilize, so when number 30=ram, means the game CAN use 30 if it ever so requieres, changing the thread count, will disperse the load from X cores, to its threads+cores, so the game can spread out its resource usage, leaving more headroom if it ever so requieres, and cache is cache, thats realy fast memory, the cpu can access it much faster than ram (bandwith basically), and that in it self should reduce stutters in the game if u had any (depending on the amount of cache u have).
@@KipacWF the numbers make no sense then. You the number of threads is the number of threads, not cores + threads : 1 core is just separated in 2 threads. And for RAM you certainly don't want the game to use 95% of your RAM, or windows would not be able to function properly
@@riendutout5190 may be the game doesn’t consume 95% ram all time (or may not reach that point) but just keep it has space for consume ram if it’s necessary. about logical process + core, i still curious why ???😂
Maybe stupid question: wouldn't these settings cause problems if I am running other applications at the same time as I play naraka? Wouldn't Naraka suck all my PC's ressources?
yoo I went into my boot settings for Naraka and the compresscache size number was already higher than the one I got from converting the mbs to bytes should I leave it at that or put in the lower number I got? appreciate the video
Hello!! I am not good at English, so I translated it, so I copied what appeared in the video, but it is similar to before setting, so I leave a question. I'm using the i7-13700 I used Core 16, Processor 24, and enableconcurrentio=40 L2 cache 24.0MB and L3 cache 30.0MB, so the combined value is 54.0, so 54MB is converted to the site I wrote 56623104 value. I used 30 because it's 32 gigabytes of memory. Did I do it right?
Hey, after changing the cache size if my cpu starts overheating and causing my game to drop frames can I change the cache size to a lower number or back to 10 mb?
whao it was as u said slice = 3 threads = 8 n cache was way to low after changing it felt like going from 30fps sluggish to 90fps smooth HOLY thanks yet again man!!!🤌

At :53 you mentioned “increase in latency” did you mean FPS?
Thanks for the tips! How much FPS did you gain from doing this?
Better average, insane latency boost.

No. Before I used to feel sluggish and slow while streaming or recording, now everything feels natural and smooth.

What graphic settings in game should we use
Is it still working ?

I'd go back to the original or look at what's causing your cpu to overheat, was it happening before? Etc
Worked fine before recent update. Now if you do this your game will freeze on startup.
still doesn't work?
