Small Town Texas CRAFT BBQ - Smokesmith in Coleman, Texas

On our trips, we're always on the lookout for great BBQ. Texas Craft BBQ isn't located in every town so I was pleased to discover that a new joint would be opening a few weeks ago so we made the decision to roll out to Coleman, Texas to Smokesmith. Great food and atmosphere in a small town setting - just like we like it.
