Hemi brother! Looks great, and personally I like the aluminium heads and water pump against the orange with the black rocker covers and intake. Those second set of bolts....Water pump! Those are fun and so are putting in those pushrods and getting the rockers seated correctly! I did my 5.7 hemi cam and head swap in the truck, a 98 Dakota, and I will never do that again! Thanks for the video, and nice job!
Just curious, but why not just do a complete rebuild? You had it all torn apart but never pulled the pistons? Why not re-ring and hone the cylinder walls why you can? Looks great though, hoping to do something similar in my 85 Ramcharger.
Because I personally heard the engine run in the car I took it from. Had great oil pressure and only has 108k on it. If the cam would have been wiped, I would have went with all new bearings
Man if I had a garage this would be on the list for my 93
Appreciate the shout out buddy. Anything to help a buddy and a mopar guy.
I appreciate your generosity!
@crewcabdart still got that clutch fan for you.
The HC pump will be MUCH better
I’ve heard it really helps with oil pressure at idle

Thank you! I appreciate you watching!
Heck yeah!
Pretty crazy an eagle head dropped a valve seat.
From what I’ve heard it’s definitely not a common occurrence
Gotta do the valve covers wrinkle black
Thats what I did with mine turn out great
I bet that would look really good
Looking good Justin
Thanks Drake!
@ you’re welcome
Nice job bud
Looks good, where did you get the intake from, I have not been able to find the the Holley intake anywhere for the gen 3 hemis.
This one is from Aces EFI
Where did you get the intake???
It’s an Aces EFI intake
Please do not run the OEM spec 5w20. I would run 0w40 in that beast
What’s your reasoning?
