- EPISODE 8: ‘CITIZENSHIP TEST’
The students sit a mock Australian Citizenship Test. We also see the students graduation. The series finishes when their beloved talking cockie ‘Chopper’ dies. They bury the stiff cockie in the college yard whilst singing ‘Advance Australia Fair’.
What an emotional rollercoaster. Can't believe it's over. RIP Chopper you bloody legend.
It gives you a real prep in the morning,
"Viagra"
I laughed so hard at that part
Pep.
I was hoping he'd say "They eat Vagina"
I thought that they were going to say "Vaginamite"
Killed it!
This is the funniest thing on the internet, I couldn’t stop laughing or watching it , pleas give us more ! Ps I got stuck in Delhi 4 years ago. Alone with only 350 rupees and thought I was going to die there in 48 degree heat , when a young Indian man approached me and said “ sir , I can see that you are very distressed , most Indian people have a very good soul everything will be ok , they looked after me so well and and everything was ok just like he said it would be, I eventually returned to Australia still with that 350 rupees in my pocket, most heart warming experience of my life , I so didn’t want to leave India after that , most beautiful people in the world. Thank you Bevan Thomas of Delhi and all of India , I still have that 350 rupees and have told the story many times, incredible India, can’t wait to get back there xxx
Shit, this is comedy, first 2 were great, it just proves they just don't get it
good on ya mate, pass it on!
Legend says this guy still have that 350 rupees
Im an indian live in Australia...aussies are one of the best people on this planet...
@@rkt4697 Indians have been part of Australia since the start or not long thereafter. Australia without Indians wouldn't be Australia.
It's almost 2020, we need more!!
Bring this back ! Love it !
Now it's almost 2021..... and we still need more! :D
2021 now
It's October 2023. We still need more!
"Classic Australian childrens song about a bird who is gay, a gay bird." Lost it.
Me too lol
My wife is from Singapore.
She learnt the Kookaburra song in Kindergarten.
I've never heard the Indian flavoured version.
Funny as!
from the line 'gay your life must be'
Gay ment happy back then. Not homosexal.
Gwai Tsi Yes like the kids rainbow 🌈 wash it and give it back
Re-watch value of this series is off the charts. Love love love it. Most Aussie thing on TH-cam.
Just stumbled on this Series. Never heard of it before!
One of the best Aussie Comedy EVER!
We don't take offence!
Indians don't take offence!
They put more effort into signing the National Anthem than most Aussies lol
Probably spelling as well as singing*
Worst part of school assembly every week.
I can't even explain how much I loved this wed series.
Von Bomb, silence one minute😂😂😂just here silent two minute and close ur eyes for blessing him or her and that two minute was golden period for me bacause i didn't do this and some time i got caught and... 😥😥😂😂😂i m Indian..
I feel they should've ended the series on a 9th episode. Certainly goes with the telephone intro/chapter
Shiela it's wet series not wed.
Fuck me. This whole series was relentless with laugh out loud funny jokes and skits. Vote me in for PM at the next federal election and I'll declare a Monday off in Feb/March in memory of this absolute fucking masterpiece of a work. To all involved and especially the core group or individual who created this, I wish you every success in future endeavors as you's deserve it. Thank you very much!
That series was HILARIOUS. As an Aussie I find it strangely accurate!
Well it's a documentary isn't it?
It's certainly more honest and factual than a lot of documentaries I've seen
Quoting AC/DC at the end? BRILLIANT!!!
I saw that so good..
D4C!
Acca Dacca
And that Tee shirt.
What it mean?
Whoever wrote this series is an absolute comic genius. So funny.
As an Aussie, i find this series, absolutely ................................................................. Hilarious, lololol.
I laughed at the vegemite bit. No reasonable person despite being Australian or not NO reasonable person eats vegemite with a spoon XD.
You're not suggesting putting a knife in your mouth surely? That's so uncouth... Oh hang on. Are you Australian?!? ;-)
Richard Cross Yeah I'm Aussie ;) And vegemite off the knife is acceptable as long as there's a little bit of butter on it.
That made us laugh Pizzamud. The butter makes it all good. I think they ran out of steam a bit on this last episode though. It seemed like the jokes were much more focussed on the Indians than the Australians.
Richard Cross Glad I could amuse you :) And yeah this episode seemed a little off in terms of humour. Do you know if this is the last episode?
Pizzamud Yep, last episode. It was said in E.7 "This is the second-last episode".
Don Bradman is Austrakia's first gqy. I choked on my lunnch. God bless everyone involved in this
Well done digger son
This is what Australian is all about having a good laugh at ourselves
Great work yew blue
Crouch
Hey guys, thanks for curing my depression for the evening..
I watched all the episodes. Every damn episode and every damn skit was epic as heck.
Mat A great to hear that.
And it’s very very funny ! M
Best thing on You tube. I can;t believe I only just found it.
They should make this the official series for learning about Aussie culture before getting a work visa.
No the Chinese would want to run it from right to left.
And bribe an official to buy Aussie Property to bring the family over.
That’s got to be the best series I’ve seen in years! Good old school humour, if you can’t laugh at yourself first then don’t you dare laugh at anybody else! great work 10 out of 10
I absolutely love this video series. The writers and actors are so so clever.
So glad I found out about this funny miniseries about how to talk Australians. I'm no Australian myself so I didn't understand a good chunk of the jokes in the series, but I really liked the humor and overall style of the videos. There's definitely something unique with the comedic style and video presentation, along with the nice humor about Australian culture that really makes for a great series.
me too.
wow!
I kept getting Indians to try the vegemite I took on my holiday to Rajasthan. Freaked 'em right out hehehe.
Vegemite is perfect on a butter chapati ;-)
Lolz...u 😈. How many did u send into a swoon?
we also have same looking stuff called chyawanprash. I don't know it tastes same thought.
@@sahildeshmukh6476 make them taste hajmola
Over 100,000 Aussies were too lazy to click the like button.
+FranticMydlo What makes you think only Ozies watched this?

Not only did I click the 'Like', I bloody subscribed, keep em comin, this had me in stiches

Jesse Singh you’re right why is this not on SBS
RIP Chopper. You were a fast machine.
I seriously wish I had came across this way before, sophisticated Idiocracy never fails to provoke laughter ... Why wasn't it made famous ?
This whole series is just brilliant, I get a laugh everytime I watch it, very clever people who wrote it, the BBQ one is my favourite though.
An (inter)national treasure. How on earth did I miss this gem?!?
Just watched them all. Genius. You should be on television.
I thought he was gonna' say "Veetbix"!
me too!!
Me 3!
I want that "Alternate Current Direct Current" tshirt xD
We love it, bring it on mates!!! You blokes (and Sheilas) are real bonza Australians!!
I don't know a single aussie who can eat a heaped teaspoon of vegemite all in one mouthful but this video is so hilarious
"you will be hard to replace... over 2000 rupees!"
I believe our Indian mates nailed it..... I am glad they are on our side...Cricket excepted....bloody marvelous
I only just realised that they use a Union Jack flag in the title sequence, instead of a proper Australian flag. I love the subtle subversions. To the guys who produced this, thanks for the comic genius. Can we propose other topics that you could address?
Damn brilliant series!
I am going to watch it again immediately.
धन्यवाद
RIP Chopper ya bloody legend :*
This is brilliant. great sense of humor i'm half Indian and half Australian, i found this entire series extremely funny. who ever thought this wasn't as good as they thought, can get a chicken up in their arse all i care.

Loved this whole series... You buggers are brilliant/..!!!!
Can't believe I only just discovered them .... lol not laughed so much for years ssooooo good. I
A packet of Winnie Blue on the principal's desk. :)
This needs to be on TV
why did the kookaburra turn gay? A, Don't know..
I woud have answered 'A', although 'C' "Sat on a dirty toilet seat" would be my next best guess.
Richard Cross close. C is how you get pregnant
Richard Cross I thought it was Peter Allens fault.
I thought it was because he saw a cock-a-too!
I s also have voted for the toilet seat, can cause all kinds of trouble
THis is hilarious! I almost died at why did the kookaburra turn gay (sitting on a dirty toilet seat, oh god i'm still laughing!!)
Best line: Citizenship question "Why did the Kookaburra turn gay?" My choice - Answer (d).
this is a freaken gold series!!! These jokes are hillarious!
I reckon if you contact Netflix with this, you'd get on Tv. This is so well done. Hilarious.
Need a show like this for every country
I loved this series! I am looking forward to Series 2! :)
This entire series is pure gold thanks for a good laugh. The instruments at the funeral were brilliant a Lagerphone, triangle and the clapping sticks perfect.
Gotta do an "auzzies recact to this" compliation
The absolute shit attempt at singing the national anthem was the most accurate take Ive ever seen 😂😂
Best rendition of the Australian national anthem EVER! lol
I have really enjoyed this series. Thanks for the laughs.
Just yesterday it was that I stumbled on this series. What a treasure! Wow!
Great finale to a phenomenal concept. We should adopt Chopper's funeral as our Down Under Viking's Funeral.
bugger, best comedy i've seen in a while, wish there was more!

ALL these short satrical videos are EXCELLENT. At last - a hearty chuckle in a nation that's run bu idiots in Canberra.
WELL DONE chaps and chapettes!
This entire series was amazing. I've really learned a lot. I don't think I can apply this new knowledge anywhere, but by golly, I learned a lot. :D
Thank you for being awesome. :D
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
THAT CAN'T BE IT.
I WANT MORE!!!!
Absolutely hilarious final quote. Consistently funny throughout every episode. Is there anything else by this group that I can watch?
Absolute crack up series ! Love the great sense of humor and so true. Indians and Australians taking the piss 👍🏻
LOVE THIS VIDEO AND THE OTHERS: what a great sense of humour: bring them on!!!
He's not dead, he is pining for the Billabongs.
Where can I get one of those Alternate Current Direct Current shirts?
totaly want one too
I would totally wear one too.
Me to cober
Found em here:
touchingcloth.communitee.com.au/shop/view_product/Alternate_Current___Mens_T_shirt?n=4956777
It should be "alternating current", not "alternate current". I couldn't wear that.
For those who are not familiar with Chopper the Psychopath, here is some trivia. Read was an author of crime novels, selling more than 500,000 copies of his works. His first book, Chopper: From the Inside, was collected from letters he sent while incarcerated in Melbourne's Pentridge Prison and published in 1991. It contains tales and anecdotes of his criminal and prison exploits.
So good. So clever.
absolutely fantastic series - thanks for the laughs
Thanks for the laughs. Just smashed out the whole series

Bloody brilliant 😀😀😀
With that rendition of Advance Australia Fair, they are all prefect Aussies.
I've watched every episode. Some of the sayings go way back and have been forgotten overtime
A sip of fresh air. Brilliant.
Thank you, who made this. If there's anything more, please guide me ther :)

Rendition of the national anthem-primary school memories came flooding back it was that good.

Bonzer series mate, beaudy Newk!! You buggers will fit in well over here.
That AC/DC "Poem" at the end LOL
Nice job :) I hope we're going to get some outtakes and BTS now...
A rather splendid linguistic program, perhaps Australians could learn more about our country from the Indian nation's perspective?
what a series I laughed so hard each episode I had to thumbs up the next before it started
Same
This must be the funniest thing I have ever seen.
It's 2023 we definitely need more.
