I noticed that too. It seemed like halfway through the video he started rushing and talking a lot faster. I could be wrong but I almost fell like the voices we heard in the background told him he needed to hurry because they were about to lock up. But who knows.
Love the rare 2-story homes in Trousdale! Darren: one suggestion is that your video guy isn't showing the things you are describing. For example, "check out this fireplace in the master bedroom" (he doesn't show it), "guys, look at the size of that rainhead in the master shower" (he doesn't show it), "in the maid's quarters, you do have one window showing the waterfall" (he doesn't show it). So if your camera guy doesn't want to cut away to what you are describing, could he at least insert a quick 2-second shot of it from the B-roll so we can see what you are talking about? Would make the overall tour flow better.
Such a Delight seeing homes like this...I really like that glass bridge before Entering the home, i find it is very rare to see something like that. I find this home very interesting layout all around, i actually liking all the plant and the tree in this home, i really like that a lot...Also, i have to say the closets are very nicely done and the brightness of it really does say a lot sbout a room. Thank you for Another great YT video Darren, Your Tour is Always lovely, look forward to see more coming! Have a great week! ❤️
How would a woman walking across the glass bridge in a dress feel about someone below having a nice view up her skirt. Glass bridges (and the kitchen glass floor) are wholly impractical.
I don't know about this one. I guess I just have never been crazy about houses that don't look like a place you can really call home. Especially the ones that look more like an office building or a modern museum. It just doesn't look like it would have that comfy cozy feeling.
Very nice, still over priced! However, given the 10 car garage, it’s not THAT overpriced for a house in BH. It’s little things that somewhat undermine this estate: need a fan over the outdoor bar stools for those scorchers, more living space for a live-in house manager, no media room, etc. 😕
For this price-point you get no theatre, and the electricians didnt wire for flatscreens in bar, bedrooms, common areas, and kitchen? No bueno! 😢 The aquarium was very nice touch, though.
I tend to watch your videos on mute, your description of the house just sounds like someone that happened upon an open house and decided to record themselves talking about it. Hope you get better
This looks like it's a wonderful place, but half the time the guy was talking about stuff but never showing it or showing it out of sequence. It's like his camera person/editor has never heard of B-Roll. If he genuinely wants to make it to a million subs, he's going to have to do a lot better with the presentation.
I wish the camera would actually pan over to the things that were being described at times but still a solid tour overall
That jump cut to the primary and then only showing half the room. Boooo.
I felt like someone was chasing him. He just rushed throughout the tour

That sky bridge and the through front to back view. The modern design with all the glass really shows off the view.

Hey great job Darren. You toured one of my favorite Paul McClean. See if you can do 1432 Tanager Way in the bird streets, another McClean. Thanks.
So Beautiful Darren😍🥰🥰🥰

You missed the theater, unless they didn't want you to tour that for some reason.
This tour has many issues. They didnt even show us some of the things that other channels showed us.

Putting glass behind a stove is a dumb idea.
