I saw the promos of Enes Ylmazer and Michael producer it's absurd that nobody buys such a beautiful house yet
This house was toured a year ago by ProducerMichael and it had furniture at the time and looked as if it had been lived in. Odd.
I think it is amazing that moneyed people feel the need for this---Whether the architectural style appeals to you or not living in a house this size really is inconvenient along with not a lot of privacy and horribly expensive to keep up
City Tax Records show the house is 16,455 sqft & the quest house is 2,824 sqft & the total is 19,279 sqft.
Marcy is almost spot on in square footage. I can’t say the same for the other realtors before her who listed this property at an unbelievable 30,000 sqft. This is the difference between an honest realtor, and a flam realtor. Always go with the honest broker.
UPDATE: still for sale. Price lowered to $39.9million. (OCT 2023)

PERSONALLY, I THINK EVERY PROPERTY SELLS AND LOOKS BETTER STAGED. KIND OF COLD AND MUSEUM LOOKING EMPTY. I ASSUME THIS WAS TAKEN DURING COVID, BUT SEEING TO WOMEN STANDING ON THE STEPS OUTSIDE WITH MASKS WASNT VERY ATTRACTIVE EITHER.

Word of advice: Dont do house tours in homes with no furniture. It's hard to see the real size of the rooms or how they were supposed to look with furniture. but nice tour nonetheless.
