22mm/24mm wrenches, 10mm deep socket with stubby extension, pick for connectors and flat blade for ECU connectors, T30 for covers... Spray seafoam deep creep and your injector sleeves should stay in
Any other things you had done before you did this? Mine stutters slightly and has new ignition coil and spark plugs. I cleaned the MAF and throttle body. However still slight intermittent stutter.
All of the other components of the fuel system has been changed by the previous owner except the injectors and fuel pressure regulator, so I thought I would give that a go. I also had changed the spark plugs and ignition coils about 10k miles ago
Thank you! I had some issues with stuttering during idle. Everything in the fuel system had been replaced previously except for the injectors, so I thought I would give it a shot lol
Thank you, I’m glad it helped! If you get stuck on anything while doing this feel free to shoot me a message, I can try to help as best as I can. Also, all the music I used is listed in the description!
The engine was stuttering at times like it was being starved of fuel. Most of the fuel systems components had been changed out, except injectors. Thought I would give that a shot, and seems to be working great so far
It’s the fuse for the fuel pump. Once the fuel pump stops pumping fuel, ideally the engine will use up whatever is left in the fuel lines, but I still got gas everywhere lol
@@adotrp you pull the fuse while it’s running so the fuel pump stops pumping and chokes the car til it turns off. you do this so there’s no gas in the lines when you swap injectors. it doesn’t matter tho cuz either way ur gonna get gas everywhere and i think it’s bad to choke a cars gas till it shuts off
Dude.....do the world a favor and skip the annoying soundtrack next time.

Good instructional video. What was the symptom?

good video dude...how much pressure should the injectors have at idle??
Good question... I had to check the Saab WIS and it should be 3.0 bar or 43.5ish PSI. I would double check with Saab forums tho
Love the music, who is it? Also appreciate the video, it doesn't seem so scary now! Thanks.

Bigger projects 😁
Keep it up!
Thank you!
Do you know where the fuel filter is on a 2007 saab 9-3 2.0t?
us models have integrated fuel filters in the pump
What check engine codes/symptoms were you having?
The engine was stuttering at times like it was being starved of fuel. Most of the fuel systems components had been changed out, except injectors. Thought I would give that a shot, and seems to be working great so far
how many miles has your Saab done?
Just ticked over 163,300 miles!
159,567
Good video bro!!
I appreciate it 🙏 I hope it helped in some way!
whats the purpose of pulling that fuse while its running?
It’s the fuse for the fuel pump. Once the fuel pump stops pumping fuel, ideally the engine will use up whatever is left in the fuel lines, but I still got gas everywhere lol
Do you have to leave the car running or take the key out the ignition after pulling the fuse
????
