Thank you for this!! My mat is a mess. Also, during the video I saw spots that weren't getting clean and wondered why you overlooked them until I realized the spots were on my computer screen! See you at the next CCI.

I've been trying to clean mine and used a mr clean eraser but it was so-so, I didn't think to add alcohol. Can't wait to try that. Thank's so much.

Thank you for this! I was using undo and did have some vein popping but it did work for me. Now I will have to try the alcohol with the Mr Clean wipe.

I hear there are different Mr. Clean sponges, so use the one in the photo. See, I didn't know that part- we always learn something else don't we!

Finally, the answer to how to remove the glue on my cutting mat and also my scrapbooking tools. I would like to know what is the name of the company of your paper trimmer. Thank you so much.

Do you need to rinse off the alcohol?

So you used rubbing alcohol and a magic eraser?

  • @brendagriffin6437

I use magic eraser on my iron from adhesive interfacing. I tried just alcohol on my Fiskars mat and it didn't work well. i tried dawn/vinegar...nope, I use my mat for fabric and I made the mistake of making cards with glue/adhesive and memento ink on my mat. Thank you for showing me that my magic eraser will work.

Eucalyptus oil works best. Just rinse when clean
