Great, I intentional did the workout at a level pace for people who need plus for myself, my back cannot handle the faster step workouts without having to sit down for a day to let it rest.
Good morning, Coach Paul! I just woke up to go bathroom n saw this brand new vid. Now I’m tryna decide if I should wake up n drink my coffee n do this new workout or go back to sleep n wake up my regular time in 3 hours.. 🤔 I just realized that when u do ur basic right, it’s really ur left foot but our right. That must b a bit confusing for u yet it seems just natural for u! Ah… I’ve decided to just get out of bed n get my day started already. 🤷🏻♀️. Must as well… 🤣. PS R u still working on ur longer version of that Latin Dance step workout? Or no?
LOL out loud, yes I teach mirror image which means left is right for me. In terms of the Latin Dance Step, I have begin a couple of times, but when I try to do it at a faster tempo my lower back hurts and I have to sit down. So the answer is I want too but I have to do it a slower tempo on a good day when my body is rested to get pass the 30 minute mark. I will see.
